Mandy and Paul at The Brambles were brilliant from initial contact to even after moving in. Every step of the way they were very helpful and explained the process clearly, which was amazing especially as first time buyers. The standard of the house was excellent and I would definitely recommend Bloor Homes to anybody looking to buy a new build.

We had a great experience throughout with THE BLOOR HOME team to buy our house. They made the process easier from the very beginning and kept us updated with clear and consistent communication.

From our very first visit to the site at The Brambles, Paul, Mandy and Damon were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of purchasing our new home. They supported us in selecting the right home for our needs, clearly explaining the available options and upgrades, and were very accommodating in allowing us access to the property to take measurements ahead of our move.

Josh the site manager, stood out during our home demonstration, taking the time to walk us through everything in detail and proactively record any items to be fixed before our move-in date.

Overall, our experience has been extremely positive. When there were delays to our exchange the entire team made the buying process smooth, efficient and as stress-free as possible. We’re very grateful to everyone involved.

We purchased a Kane property at the manors in westoning soon to move in. Matt and Dan have been excellent from our first meeting. They have both been very knowledgeable and very professional. They both answered any questions we had without any hesitation. My experience with Bloor Homes at Stapleford Heights started with Tara giving me a call back to give more info and invite me to come over and see a showhome for a property I was interested in. Her colleagues Ben and Tanitia joined in along the way to assist the experience of me buying my home and all three of them were extremely friendly and helpful. It would've been quite a stressful experience buying a home on my own whilst also working full time, but they made the whole process a lot easier, answering any questions I had, letting me visit the property whenever I wanted, suggesting to me what mortgage broker and solicitor I could use, and overall being professional and as helpful as possible. A sales advisor for another developer I spoke with before Bloor came across to me as somewhat rude, quite blunt and very unprofessional and unhelpful. So for the sales team at Stapleford Heights to be welcoming, friendly and professional, I felt very at ease and knew I was in the right hands to be buying a new home.

Having moved into our new home at Thorsten Fields a few months ago, we are genuinely delighted with our purchase and would not hesitate to recommend Bloor Homes to prospective buyers.
The build quality has been a real highlight. The finish throughout the property is to a high standard, and it is clear that care has been taken in the construction.
The development as a whole also deserves mention. The landscaping makes Thorsten Fields stand out relative to its nearby peers, and it already has the makings of a genuinely pleasant place to live.

As a single buyer, purchasing a new home is one of the biggest and most important decisions I’ve ever made, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better support than I’ve received from Matt and Dan at The Manors.

My journey wasn’t without its challenges. Partway through the process, my original sale fell through, which was incredibly stressful and could easily have knocked my confidence. Thankfully, I was able to secure another buyer and keep things moving, and throughout it all Matt and Dan were there every step of the way.

What has stood out most is how genuinely invested they have been. They didn’t just treat me like another customer; they took the time to listen, reassure me, answer countless questions, and help me navigate what was, at times, a very emotional process. Their patience, kindness, and constant support made a huge difference and gave me the confidence to keep going when things felt uncertain.

Do not buy a home buy a home by this pathetic company because you'll regret your decision. I bought a house in Holly Grange, Warrington from them just over a year ago and we've had multiple leaks from the bathroom, leaks from the radiators, boiler problems...the list goes on. All their plumbing activities is outsourced and it takes weeks for them to send a plumber out for repairs. The quality of the materials used in the house is very poor and its not the money or the headache....stay away!! Their contractors are not truthful and they claim we have damaged the toilet, which is clearly not the case but they are refusing to repair it even though the house is still under warranty.
