Everything in the process went ok. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the jeans were extremely wrinkled when they came out of the package.

Regarding the jeans this is one of our Strategies so that the jenas will not be flat. The jeans will get the fitting much quicker then if it was pressed flat in a plastic bag :)

Good communication, delivery was sent out promptly and arrived promptly.
One small request, I think your product should be sent out in a box (fully recyclable of course) rather than just wrapped in paper. There were a number of tears in my package when it arrived.
Love the fit of the jeans though.
