Dear Nadir Rekioua, i called you and asked you how many pills you receved for your 2 pils order and you cofirmed that we actually sent you 5 pills.

You then told me the second order you placed was missing 1 pill but our records showed that you had only placed 1 order with us.

You showed me a screen shot (via WhatsApp) of the order and it was for another product called "ultra blue" not "BLUE HORN".

SO THE OTHER COMPANY RIPPED YOU OFF, NOT US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You then told me you would update your 2 star review and give a real review of our service and products which you said were excelllent, hence the second order,

However as you did not order from us you agreed it would not be fair to give us a negtive revew for another company wrong doings.

We also offered you a 50% discount off your next order. PERHAPS YOU COULD BE A MAN OF YOUR WORD AND ACTUALLY UPDATE THIS REVIEW LIKE YOU PROMISED.

We hope anyone who has read his review will understand that we take our 5 star rated customer service rating seriously and we would never ever short change any of our loyal amazing customers. Our happy customers alway come back to order again.

Dear Mohamed, there is clear how-to-use instruction on the product pages:

DIRECTIONS:
Blue Horn:
Take no more than one tablet at least half an hour before you need it. For faster results take on an empty stomach with just water.

Extra Strong:
Directions: Take one tablet on an empty stomach at least one hour before food or a high-fat meal.

Many people have excellent results with just half of one of our easily breakable tablets.

DURATION OF ACTION: – 24 -48 HOUR ACTION. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN ONE FULL TABLET IN A 48-HOUR PERIOD

WARNING*** Please consult your doctor (physician) before taking it!

– IN CASE OF CARDIAC PROBLEMS: Your physician should carefully check if your heart can stand the increase in sexual activities.
