I haven’t heard back about returning the device yet- the customer service response is slow.

Terrible Company. Ordered the same product twice and each time it never processed. Contacted them via email over 10 days with no response and phone number on website does not allow you to speak to anyone. Says it’s not in service and some days it’s keeps you on hold and at ten minutes phone says “GOODBYE” and ends the call. HORRIBLE.

Waited two weeks to find out it’ hasn’t been shipped.

They had a black Friday sale and I also had a coupon code, so rather than delivering what I ordered they just canceled it. Breach of contract.

If I could give a lower score the 1 I would. I purchased the Compex 3.0 elite and got a defective unit which never worked. Claimed the warranty and sent them all the info and packaging etc was approved for the warranty yet they refuse to honour it. Leaving me 500$ in the hole. Worst customer service ever and terrible product. I offered to pay more for an upgrade and send them this unit back they refused and now are just ignoring my emails. Garbage this company is absolute Garbage.

This is Compex. Second to none. So, no surprise; They are professional, efficient, and know their products. I mean, they are universally considered to be THE leader in this field. Their service matches their product quality.

I really like the product, the only reason I have four and not five stars is that you spent more space in product advertisement stuffed inside the case than operating instructions.

2 × 4 inch pads didn't work on sport model. Otherwise the 2 × 2 inch pads worked. I just got it today but the pads don't seem like they will last long. The sticky surface is too easy to pull off simply by trying to pull it off the plastic. The strengthening mode really contracts your muscles though. I've never seen a device do this type of deep contraction

I got a workable and in good state , required device/ equipment.

Have a Compex EMS maschine and wanted a pack of new small electrode pads costing DKK 74,50 and Compex DK ask DKK 125 to ship it!

Absolutely devastating experience! It was 8 days of waiting! we ordered the device and did not get it!
We spent hours talking with customers service and delivery company called Parcel force!!
Finally we gave up and will request refund!!
I am so disappointed that such a great product can not be bought.

Dear producer change your distribution and delivery system! These guys are terrible.

I’ve yet to receive this item. I also want to order another compex for my clinic but I am afraid since my original order hasn’t arrived ina month. Star track the company you use here have just stopped responding to my messages.
