I’ve been a longtime user of Compex and…



I’ve been a longtime user of Compex and have owned at least three or four different devices over the years. I genuinely love the modality — it’s been an essential part of my training and recovery toolkit, especially for both warm-up and post-workout muscle stimulation. The quality of muscle contraction and the overall effectiveness of the programs have always impressed me, which is why I keep coming back.

That said, the reason I’m now purchasing another unit is due to an issue with my current one — the Elite model. The screen has become increasingly difficult to read. At first, the menu was still somewhat visible, even though it appeared slightly pixelated. But over time, the screen has degraded to the point that it’s completely jumbled and unreadable. I can no longer navigate the menu or even start the device, which has been frustrating given how much I rely on it.

While I’m disappointed in the screen failure — especially from a higher-end model — I still believe in the product enough to replace it with a new unit. I hope the updated models offer improved durability in this area, because the core technology remains fantastic.

Complicated

Registration via website is so complicated and troublesome. Only limited number of European countries are available on the list. Multiple efforts to install Compex Coach App on mobile phone did not crown with success. E-mail link did not work permanently. So strange for Swiss origin comapny.

You will never go wrong with Compex

I bought our Compex Fit back in 2009, and the unit is still going, absolutely no problems, until the battery has finally given up - 16 years later! I still use the original cables. The quality on these products is amazing. These are a buy for life product.

Professional Service and support for spar part (battery) -

I am using 2 Compex products, bought mor than 10 years ago. Now the batteries did not work anymore. I asked for help in writing, got the instructions one day later and it was easy to order based on the info i got.

Despite entering my address correctly on the order, it was shipped without the unit number to a commercial property and under a different business name. This led to wasted time calling FedEx and the distributor to have it reshipped.

Physio used it on me, I bought one.

Bought the Compex mini after my physio using it on my triceps. I now use it for multiple areas of my body. It’s working wonders for my injuries. Lacerated triceps and a very serious knee injury with atrophy in my quadriceps after a serious accident. This little beast is perfect for my needs and worth the money I paid. Only thing I can say isn’t very good is the gel pads wear quicker than they say. 5 or 6 times ‘used’ at best so far.
