I ordered on 26th March and was told my items were shipped on 30th March. After multiple attempts to contact, I still haven't recieved a response or my items.

Never received my items, no reply from customer service they jusy ignore you so avoid, a once good company is now very poor.

Il stick to per4m from now on or HR labs.

The courier was poor delivered to the wrong address

No delivery made. I am still waiting for my order. Received an email stating it was delivered but it wasnt and the photo isnt my works property or persons name.

Great quality supplements, mix well and taste good. Noticeable recovery benefits after training. A little pricey and some flavours are sweeter than I’d like, but overall a solid, reliable brand.

Only brand I ever use! Get exactly what it says on the label on all products!

Yummiest protein flapjack ever!. Plus low in sugar.
The flavour is just scrummy.
I have 1 of these bars everyday for breakfast, they fill me up and keep me going till mid morning coffee. Low. Sugar, high protein. I can't taste the protein. These are a lovely oaty texture. NO puffed rice to fill out the bar. These are like flapjack you'd make yourself, but healthy.

Ordered my goods 19th June did not receive it until 15th July , I sent 5 emails and never got a reply extremely poor service .

It took over 2 weeks to dispatch half my order and cancel the other half.
I spent a lot of time and effort trying to communicate with you but got no response and when you did there was no sorry.

Product spot on service unfortunately let it down

It's worth bareing in mind a changeover happened but
I pre ordered a new product around middle of June to be sent out 30th, in this time the website came off line so no communication luckily shop allowed me to track, was no communication what so ever until I reached out on 8th and suddenly it appeared 2 days later but missing products and again only after bringing it up was this sent out, very poor communication to point I thought was being scammed

Product brilliant as always good taste and monster flavour as was kinda hinted gives good pump just lack of communication and half fobbed off with missing items let it down

Wrong item delivered. I contacted you over a week ago and no response. Very disappointed. Would not recommend

You never delivered my order, you never responded to my queries, your website is down, i can't even contact you!

I’ve complained about receiving only half my order over a week ago and I’ve had one message back saying that they will be I touch I ordered 2 x beef protein (strawberry laces) and received 1 but it’s taking over a week to look into and sort out

I didnt receive my parcel as DHL just left it by the front door and by the time I got home, it had been been taken by someone. I have emailed DHL who have told me I need to contact CNP. CNP have not got back to me despite sending 2 emails.
