Very reliable service :-)
The drivers (24th and 27th July 2025) were punctuality and very friendly. Both drove carefully so we experienced two comfortable rides from and to Heathrow airport.
The communication with the service provider was perfect. We were informed about every step, e.g. driver is on the way, where the pick-up will take place, photo and car information etc.

Blue Airport Travel made it easy!
Traveling is always exciting for me! The excitement usually hits me the moment I start planning for the trip. But then, my little worries about this and that also emerge. For my last trip in particular, my biggest worry was the post disembarkation travel from Southampton to Heathrow airport, as I had an early flight to catch and any tiny hiccup could make me miss my international flight. Imagining thousands of passengers getting off the ship all at the same time trying to grab some transportation, I decided against calling an Uber ride on disembarkation day. I chose Blue Airport Transfer. What a good decision I made for myself! We were met with ultimate professionalism with prompt responses, warm attitude and reassuring know-hows every step of the way. Drivers were on time/early for both trips with a friendly, ready-to-help attitude. Handled our luggages with care, engaged in friendly conversations when we wanted to chat. Overall, it was an extremely smooth and no fuss experience. Next time I am in that part of the world, Blue Airport Travel will be my choice again!

Assad was a fantastic driver. The communication from him to us was top notch. He met us at the arrivals gate in Heathrow and was a super guide from there to the hotel. His Mercedes S class was clean and the Evian water was a lovely touch. After a 10 hour flight we were parched. I received wonderful service
I received wonderful service. Was extremely easy to book from
Australia and communication was great which I needed as I got moved flights by airline causing many changes and Blue Airport Transfer responded quickly and put my mind at ease that I will be collected. I was also contacted when arrived at airport on what’s app. The lovely driver was easy to spot and the car I got I felt like a movie star it was luxurious, clean, tidy and beautiful. The driver was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely use again. Quality service especially after a long flight.
