Quite worryingly they are asking for bank details, NI number, passport numbers, driving licence details. A scammers dream! At this point I'm merely registering. Quite frightening.
From start of the application to the end was just so easy and with the outstanding help from all the staff in Liverpool.
All staff very polite and easy , always happy to help would above and beyond to help find a job whether it was temporary and contract at the end , just outstanding , thank you to each and everyone of you.

Absolutely shocking with the Aberdeen Blue Arrow company! WOULDN EVEN GIVE A ONE STAR JUST BECAUSE OF THE WOMEN NAMED JENNIFER YOUNG ! HOW can person like she work in costumer service.???!!!! Registered with blue arrow,got video appointment for tuesday to verify identity,but couldnt login for some reason to the video call,program wasnt working(was first time using that program),then made another video call appoitment for today 3:15.I wait for this call from 3pm.3:10 i joined the video,that lady answered about 3:20 and she didnt even gave me a chance to say a word at all,only said im late to my appoitment,im not punctual and she not going to go ahead with my application.Thats so rude,cant believe this !!!!Blue Arrow please look at your employees how they speak with people!!
The catering office in Tooting is an absolute joke. The chefs they send could burn water, thats if they decide to turn up, which in itself is a gamble...they wont ring or email if the chef cancels the job, you have to find out an hour and one phone call later. It took them 5 weeks and 3 emails to even get my name right on the chefs timesheets, if they cant even get the clients name right what else cant they get right. I would avoid Darren, Louise and the rest of the office, infact, dont even bother with the whole company, nothing but excuses and sorrys...sorrys dont help me when im let down by a chef who was booked in for a week before a function, with no message to tell me they werent coming, they dont even send the requested confirmation emails. Then they have the cheek to try and charge us for the ones who dont show...they have no idea whats going on! Just avoid them, its not worth the stress of the crap staff they send you! Then they moan when you call them out on it.
I would like to take this opportunity as I represent working for Blue Arrow Liverpool team. My work schedule from April onwards this year from night work for home and Bargains and then a very interesting and informative Employment at Liverpool MS Bank Area as a customer service representative Stewart this was great opportunity to show Blue Arrow my work skills in Customer Service Assistant everything from PR staff to making sure that everyone who came to MS Area would be happy have a great time and most importantly staying safe at all times from my point of view. I was always there to support and help people in the right direction? So far I have done some amazing work for Blue Arrow and the support I get for the Mangerment team is frist class. There for I would to say thank you for the work and will continue to do so in the future..
Highly recommend Blue Arrow Liverpool office to give you this opportunity who is looking for a challenge? Take it from me you won't be disappointed..

Unreliable and unprofessional. They have three times scheduled online meetings to verify my documents and then they haven't turned up. I am no longer interesting for this useless agency and 1 star is favour for them. If Maria Polesova represents Blue Arrow Agency , it is shame of you.The 4 and 5 stars became from their friends and current employees probably.

Absolutely shocking chasing wages every week young girls that have no idea still due over £800 for them and they blame the company that your working for absolute joke of a place
I have little to zero faith in agencies from prior experiences. I spoke to Ben Wilson and explained this too him. He wasn't only super friendly he was on it and got me a job literally the same day. I then asked a few questions here and there and he replied straight away. Then following my first day he dropped me a message to check how everything was and if I needed anything. To that end this is the best agency by a landslide that I have ever been with.
If your reading this my advice would be don’t, the Livingston branch is a joke, little girls without the correct training, I experienced no pay, late pay and underpay .. I worked 5 days a week over a year with one holiday I had to fight for, then that pay was late and short… they often ignore emails and lie right to your face, they treat you as a lesser being, been called a liar many times, luckily I always keep a paper trail .. anyways long story short, don’t do it! Not worth it
Dont be fooled at your induction saying you get 10 days training try 3 days then your thrown into a chiller to pick as for the dont accept bullying alot of tosh they sweep it under the carpet and say its upto where you are working to deal with it avoid avoid
I would like to raise a few points as why I would like to leave, I went on sick for 2 weeks, I was extremely ill with severe anemia and covid at the same time. I was stressed out from your texts and phone calls and emails asking for updates on my health and me having to call in every day to prove that I'm ill when I gave you a legal sick note from a registered GP. Is a sick note not enough for you all or did you not understand what a sick note means. I am disgusted with the way your agency has dealt with my sickness, you lot gave me bad anxiety and put me in a situation where I do not want to work for your company anymore.
I am amazed that I am working at minimum wage and working as a temp agent and your harrasing employees like your paying a high salary and its a permanent job. I am really upset about this situation.
Please treat your employees a bit better now and instead of harrasing them remember it's a 9.50 job and temp not a high paid job.
They are great from the start they always deal with my questions in regards to work. They have so much work to offer you. On the app they have work you can do depending on what you are good at. The pay is extremely wonderful it's very lovely able to work with them they care about the staff . They are awesome at what they do. They look out for me I get take break from work.When I want to work I can that is very convenient for me blue arrow staff is great organisation to be part of thanks for having me.very much appreciated for the support.
I got my dream job at Santander bank through Blue Arrow. I enjoy my working relationship with Blue Arrow and they have excellent and very helpful staff, most especially Villiani Penchov and Cheryl Mulligan. They are ever ready to help on any issues. Blue Arrow is a nice and professional organisation to work with and I recommend them to my friends and others.
Phoned up,the phone was picked up and just left so you could hear them all chatting in the office, this happened 3 times. Phoned again later in the day once again phone left. No one in the office actually deals with requests, always someone else who is not in the office who deals with your request. Surprised this company is still operating. Missing hours worked not chased up and paid.

The team from Blue Arrow was so helpful i could count on them right from the beginning. I work closely with Kinga Wisniewska and Luke Huntley every time i needed emergency cover or long term cover even before busiest Christmas time they went long way to make sure i will have a support. They always check and communicate closely.
