Similar to others experiences, I have an unsolicited WhatsApp approach from this recruitment agency. I retired many years back!
After signing up to this company i subsequently was receiving WhatsApp messages from scammers. They emailed to notify me and even the email recieved was not clear on what information was leaked and what was being done about it.
Will never use this company to attain work
Blue arrow liverpool are great at finding me work and supporting with admin when needed. WELL DONE TO ALL OF THE TEAM
Thanks 😊

Yet another cold WhatsApping! I see a few others here have been randomly targeted too. Mine was at 7pm on a Saturday evening!
Must be desperate to be contacting unsolicited people in this way:
From Lauren Blankson "We are recruiting for a variety of positions. May I send some information for your reference?"! Well, I only hope Ms Blankson is being paid well to carry out this unthought out, & likely thankless, task.
I haven't been looking for a job for years!
Ive been working with blue arrow first job jewish kitchen 1990 hemel hempstead, again 20 years later in cambridge and now ive move to norfolk Norwich depot full time loving it schools care homes garden centres really so much work, big shout out to Jamie Parslow thoughtfull massively supportive and has engouraged me to excel myself, best boss to date, faultless.
First review ive ever done 10 more years and i can retire. Not 1 bad day in 5 months love it!!!
Total waste of time. Register with them, leave messages and send emails to the consultant that signed you up. Doesn't have the decency to respond. Very Unprofessional.
so i got a message a few minutes ago from a ‘chloe’ claiming to work for the agency when asked how did you get my number she said she got it from the data base and they are only there to send me job opportunities, when asked to prove she works for the company as luckily i came on here straight away and found multiple other people getting the same thing, she told me to go into birmingham office🤣 block any number claiming to work for this agency.
I work for blue arrow and I happy to be employed by the company and they are helpful in enay way I there is a problem or enquiries that I have. and you get answers straight away. Thanks. R kane.
I worked for agencies for 20+ years blue arrow are right up there with the best I’ve worked for never had a problem with wages or getting shifts. Kenna and Jennifer went out their way to help when I had an internal problem and it was quickly resolved.
I have had one of the amazing experience with blue arrow. I found the team to be very professional, kind and were really looking out to support young aspirants like me to fetch a good job. Ebran Uddin, a vetting officer from the team was assigned to completed my documentation process. He really inspired me with his excellent customer service. He ensured the entire process to be really smooth with his timely response and his effort to go extra mile for me, clearing my queries is highly appreciated. i found his service to be very professional and courteaous. I definitely would suggest the management team to please consider Ebran for an appraisal and provide recognition for his incredible customer service.
Kudos to the team.
Thank you.
Beware of scammers who contact you through WhatsApp claiming to offer job opportunities. It's best to exercise caution and verify their legitimacy before proceeding. In my experience, I came across one such scam, but I was fortunate enough to have read reviews that warned against it. When I asked about their authenticity, they ignored my inquiry and proceeded to explain the job details. It's crucial to report such scams and immediately block the perpetrators.
Worked for them a long time ago (sorry date given here is incorrect as only let's me choose until 2022) but as recently had a clear out I had paperwork which reminded me of them which needed shredding. They had a contract with a famous gas firm and employed a lot of students those days for part time work. The permanent staff were treated to a different standard but they would fire agency staff on the flimsiest pretence and so had a 2 tier system. One issue was permanent staff would sometimes openly go on the internet for shopping including a manager's wife who sat next to me who was full of herself as agency staff dared not to. So I decided to do the same one day seeing as they fired agency staff all the time over far more trivial matters. I didn't realise it was partly because agency staff have no employment rights anyway and so they probably didn't even need a reason. As soon as I did so the manager's wife reported me and I was sacked, but not because of going on the internet but because they claimed I had "revoked access" for IT to see what I had been doing which I now realise conflicts with their sinister allegations that I was on political websites naming Bush and Blair (it was Rory Bremner). IT lied through their teeth and so I was precluded from even claiming benefits for 6 months as a sanction after this and they ruined my reference and it stopped me joining police at a later date. Prior to this I exceeded all their daily targets so much so I was placed in a specialist team as a result. I was young then and didn't know my rights but it's a bitter experience.
Randomly messaged me on Whatsapp, no idea where they got my number from.
No introduction or context just started with "hello, how are you?" When I asked who they were they mentioned they worked for Blue Arrow and pasted a load of pay offers for full-time and part-time packages with no indication of what the work even was.
Had a look on Trustpilot and others seemed to have the same experience. Blocked them instantly.
Random message on whattsapp...no idea how they got my number as im not part of any recruitment site. Blocked
Went to work here in August 2022. Easy job and going OK hitting all my targets. About a week after joining there was a review of the office and the admin side that apparently didn't go well for the boss. The following week got told I was being let go because "I'm not going to be blamed" According to the Manager. Highlighted I'd only been their a few weeks so how the hell could it be blamed on me. Didn't make any difference. Wasn't happy at time but looking back it was a major bullet dodged getting away from there.
I received a message over WhatsApp by an unknown number, a ‘Eunice, a recruiter from Blue Arrow Recruitment UK.’ She was offering part time, full time and interim job roles.
I told her I wasn’t interested and wanted to know where she got my number from. She ignored me so I told her to delete my number and not to send it to anyone else.
The next day she started messaging me again, telling me she received my number from the UK recruitment database.
I am not a part of any UK recruitment database nor have I ever wanted to be, so told her as much. I repeated that I had no interest in any job from bluearrow or any recruitment agency. I told her again to delete my number from their records and not contact me.
She ignored what I said and continued to harass me about sending over work details for me to look at and accept.
She only stopped messaging me when I told her I wanted to file a complaint as she was breaking Article 17 of the UK GDPR where individuals have the right to have personal data erased.
