Quality of the wallet

The items I purchased were two keys and a wallet but I found the quality of the wallet not to be as good as I expected, it seems cheaply made but I will find out this summer if it can stand the excessive heat through the windscreen. Love these blue badge display holders
I have purchased all my blue badge holders from here as they are well made and correctly not obscuring the hologram as some cheap ones do so it keeps the badge and clock in great condition and of course not to forget the funky designs.

I can’t trace the parcel and Royal Mail…
I can’t trace the parcel and Royal Mail saying they can’t track my parcel because of some Adress issue
They said parcel will go back to sender
The invoice has the correct address and it’s really very pooor service from bluebadge Co
For one key I paid £11.90 and they cant deliver one little item and tracker won’t even let me track my item
I ordered on Tuesday 7th January 2025 and today is 9th and no email from bluebadge to let me know where my item is

You sent us an email last night and we replied promptly this morning, but we're very sorry if you did not receive it. Kindly check your spam and promotions folder for our response.
You placed your order on the 7th and we promptly dispatched it on the same day using a Royal Mail 48 service, which typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery.
We have tracked the order, and it says "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item" meaning Royal Mail has your parcel but they have not attempted delivery yet. Today is the 2nd business day from the date that you placed your order. You should receive it on or before Friday, the 10th of January. Otherwise, please let us know so we can send a replacement.
