What you could do was let the purchaser know the postage amount before having to pay for it. I thought the postage was expensive compared to other companies.

Emailing the wrong person. Never bought anything from this company. Reached out to fix the error and they continue to send me emails.
Edit: yes the person who bought the item (not me) put in the wrong email (mine). I'm not accusing anyone of falsefying records in requesting you take me off your mailing list as you have the wrong email in your system associated with that customer

Decent range of products made putting my 12V system together. Checkout and delivery experience was fast, packaging secure. My only concern is the quality of the alligator clips, thought they would be heavier duty than what they were but despite that the cable and fittings are working faultlessly.
