Honestly a great service initially from Jason Matthews and then Ewan Board. They were always available and fast. I greatly appreciated Ewan's proactive approach when my leasehold offer was getting confusing to the lenders, he stayed on the phone with the lender for 1.30hr which enabled the offer to go through.
He was patient with the nightmare solicitor I used who strung the exchange and completion on for 5 months +.
A wonderful company I'm so grateful to have used them. I wish I'd purchased earlier though back in 2021 with Jason who was also on the ball, it would have saved the nightmare 5 months.
