They secured us a new, very favourable rate, and their communication throughout was excellent. They were always responsive, kept us informed at every stage, and ensured everything was handled with a speedy turnaround, which made the whole process stress-free.

Thanks to the high level of service we received, we now confidently recommend them to our own clients as well.

This support I received from Chloe throughout my mortgage process was top notch. She was there 24/7 answering all my questions including the silly ones. She advised me on all the things and I had to follow that advice to be able to get things done fast and smooth. I can’t forget how she went out of her own role to even help chase my solicitors just so the process could go according to my desired pace. I would recommend them any day any time

Steve and Vicki were consistently professional, clear, and responsive. They took time to understand our circumstances, explained the options and strategy clearly, and kept us well informed at every stage. Communication was timely and straightforward, which made a complex process much easier to manage.

They were proactive in chasing lenders and solicitors and dealt calmly with issues as they arose, which we really appreciated. We always felt that matters were being handled properly and that nothing was being left to chance.

I was recommended Akers Pritchett by our estate agents and I’m so glad they did! I would thoroughly recommend them. I only dealt with Steve and Kim. Both were very easy to communicate with. Very professional but also straight to the point. They helped us get the best rate for our new mortgage. Even once one was secured, Steve continued to assess new deals to see if he could get a better rate for us, and he did!
