They are the worst
They are the worst, they were super fast before signing contract but as soon as I made payment, they were not bothered to answer my hi! when there were some issues with accomodation, they did not reply but when payment time comes they are super quick and start contacting you in early morning!remember the photos they show you are not real, when asked them, the answer was this is for marketing! when they say it is furnished basically it is only bed included! It is around 4 weeks that my shower is not working, sending some email to them and they do not bother answering
I rented a room here during the summer…
I rented a room here during the summer and I have to say that the experience was amazing. I was staying here for work so I can't say a lot about social gatherings, but the staff were absolutely amazing, very nice and friendly, always ready to help and resolve any issue. The room was great quality, clean, with good appliances and big TV. The location of the residency is perfect, close to the city center but still removed from the big crowds. Highly recommend this place!
Dominick Place is AMAZING
I can safely say that this is the best student accommodation in Dublin. The facilities are outstanding, the staff is brilliant and extremely friendly. I have stayed with Uninest for the past 3 years and it's my second year at Dominick Place. The staff is caring, kind, and extremely helpful. I've had no complaints so far. Location is perfect, commuting to and from the city is easy and barely takes more than 15 minutes (walking). Everyone living in the accommodation is a student too, so it's easier to make friends, explore new cultures and get ample exposure.
Great facilities and nice staff
So homey!
amazing staff, so so helpful and welcoming, kav feels like a home :) great facilities, the rooms and kitchens are so nice, big bed!! I love it here
5 stars
From the first day, staff were very involved with making me feel at home. Basically 24/7 maintenance was one of the best features of this accommodation, as any issue was quickly resolved. The living area alone was amongst some of the more modern options for students and the ensuite modern bathrooms made it so much better. I can’t recommend it enough.
Kavanagh Court
This is my first year staying in Kavanagh Court and it won't be my last! I have loved living here. The facilities are super modern and clean and there's staff here 24/7. My room is great - lots of storage and outlets, small-double bed which is perfect and a full length mirror. The building is only a 15 minute walk from Trinity College (a 5 minute luas ride if you're in a rush). It's just off O'Connell Street so there are plenty of restaurants and shops around, also Tesco, Lidl and Aldi are 10 minutes away.
It's the perfect location for students and I would highly recommend living here!
New Mill
New Mill is a place to live for student accommodation. The staff are not only friendly, kind, and always ready to make a joke, they go through every effort to fix the residents' concerns. They have been more than accommodating switching around roommates and going the extra mile to give us a sense of normalcy in the pandemic - which I appreciate so much. They found ways to keep the gyms open in a COVID-safe manner which I know so many residents have been grateful for. New Mill is also in a great location - St. Patrick's Park is a 7 minute walk away, Lidl is an 8 minute walk away, and Grafton Street is a 15 min walk away. It's a safe area with lots around to do. I would highly recommend this location for students, especially people new to Dublin.
Dominick Place
It was a great experience to live in Dominick Place, even more so during confinement. I wish to highlight that the kindness shown by the staff members was truly gratifying and for that I thank them.
For those who wish to study in Dublin, I would sincerely recommend Uninest Dominick Place.
Dominick Place
Had a great experience living in Dominick place even though it was cut short. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. The social nights which are organized by the staff are great fun and you get to meet a lot of new people! Most I’m still very good friends with! Great experience and everything you need is included in bills which is really handy. Would recommend to anyone going to college in Dublin. Location is amazing too right in the heart of Dublin city!
Superb place!
Kavanagh Court is a lovely spot in the centre of Dublin. Facilities are excellent and the staff are always on hand to help when needed and super friendly too. It really has become my home here in Dublin!
Wonderfull time in New Mill
Since I moved to New Mill in September for it has become the home away from home to me. The location is great with only a few minutes from the beautiful St. Stephens Green Park. The New Mill staff goes out of their way to help if you have a problem, even if it just for a chat.
The rooms are really bright and well-spaced.
I'm really happy to have moved here and got to know so many nice people.
Kavanagh Court - Dublin
I have been living at Kavanagh Court since September and I would highly recommend it to any student looking for a fun, warm and welcoming home! The common areas are fantastic, it is in a perfect location and most importantly the staff are always there to help (or even just for a chat)! Dave, Sorcha, Alix and all the team are incredibly kind and helpful and really make you feel at home. I'm extremely grateful for all of the incredible experiences that I have had at Kavanagh Court and I already can't wait to live here next year!
Kavanagh Court
I have lived in Kavanagh since September, and there is no place I would have rather spent the Irish lockdowns.
After 5 years of college, and many accommodations, I have found Kavanagh to be cozy and perfect for the student life (and they have staff available 24/7, which means always someone ready to help).
During lockdowns, they have kept the buildings sanitized, online events running so even in distance we were able to socialize with fellow residents, and study rooms available.
It has been a hard year for everyone but they have done an amazing job!
Kavanagh Court - Dublin
I've been living at Kavanagh Court since the end of September. I'm a first year student from England and was faced with "should I move over to Dublin or should I just stay at home?" knowing that the college year would be impacted by Covid. As cheesy as it sounds, I knew from the start that it was warm and welcoming student accommodation. When I arrived with my four or five bags I had a lovely warm welcome from Matthew and within the first few weeks met Alix and Sorcha, from management, too.
It wasn't possible for me to return home at Christmas because of lockdown in England. Everyone at reception was so lovely during the festive season, and Kavanagh has since turned into a home away from home.
Whilst we've been restricted for a while, Kavanagh has had such a lovely dynamic. Any problems we have faced in terms of accomodation facilities are always quickly rectified by the maintenance guys (Dave is an honourable mention!) who are always up for a chat.
Needless to say, I'm glad I packed my bags and made the move to Kavanagh; looking forward to next year!
The Tannery
I've lived in The Tannery for two years now and it's been a really good experience despite the pandemic. The staff are all so lovely, easy to reach and they've been so understanding given the situation we're all in. A lovely, easy walk from town and right near so many cafés!
Lee Point & Amnis House - Cork City
I have stayed in both Lee Point and Amnis House in Cork over the past few years and could not recommend them more. Both places are superb! Great staff on site between both buildings who are always around for a chat or to lend a hand. Excellent facilities and both situated in ideal locations.
Amnis House- Cork City.
I have stayed in Amnis House for two years and I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. The rooms and the facilities available on site are brilliant. There is 24 hour security on site, which makes Amnis House a safe place to stay in the city! Amnis House is close to the city and to UCC so it is perfectly located. The staff are always so helpful and accommodating and I have loved my time here.

Lovely accommodation, convenient location, friendly staff!
I have lived in Uninest-Dominick Place, Dublin, since last September.
It is an excellent place to live—about 10 min waking way to the city centre, 5 min to shopping mall&supermarket. I live in a studio, fully equipped with an exquisite layout, and my neighbours are nice and quiet.
Accommodation management staff are so friendly and supportive. Whenever I had questions about living or even seeking travel suggestions, they were all kind to help. I even received a present from them on Christmas Eve, such a surprise!!
Anyway, it is a fantastic experience living here, and I enjoy it very much!!!
