Best Place to Live in Dublin
I lived in Kavanagh Court for almost 2.5 years, and it is the best student accommodation to live in. The common spaces are very well maintained, and from the rooftop you get amazing views of the city. It is conveniently located to all shops and at a 15 min walk from Trinity.
Leaving all this aside, the best part of living in Kavanagh is the staff. If you have any issues the staff would be there to help you out. And with the world's cutest guard dog there, it is a tough place to beat.

The best decision I made
Moving to Ardcairn House was the best surprise of my college experience. Moving away from home is always a hard and scary experience. However, ardcairn house is not simply a student accommodation, it is a second family. I’ve met some of the most amazing people simply by hanging out in the lobby. The team is welcoming, listening, empathetic but most importantly efficient. You end up falling in love with the team and the facilities. They are modern yet highly practical. If I had the chance to relive this year, I wouldn’t change a thing. I fell in love with the team and Residence as quickly as it became my new home. I would highly recommend Ardcairn House for any students wanting to move to Dublin. It is the best decision I could have made.

Great Location , Modern and Clean
At Highfield since last year and have to say it has been amazing ! A caring and friendly team and all bills are included . During this pandemic I had an opportunity to make new friends on this beautiful property. Easy to walk to the nearby shops or you can even get delivered and Reception team will store it for you . Thank you Highfield for this amazing experience .

Highly recommended!
I've stayed at Dominick Place managed by Uninest for the better part of 2 years now. The houses are well equipped, the maintenance team is available to help 24/7 and you get the kind of peace and quiet you need to do what a student does. Damien from the Dominick team has always gone out of his way to help us out, no matter how ungodly the hour is.

Highfield Park
After I moved into Highfield Park, I was very concerned and had lots questions. But their excellent staff members left no stone unturned with any query I had. The facilities at Highfield are exceptional. Everything is new and excellently furnished, with all the amenities that a student would need, for example, a great gym, peaceful study rooms and a beautiful common area. Not to mention the basketball court on the grounds. Overall, Highfield Park has been an amazing experience for me and would recommend it for any student.

A great year at Broadstone Hall
I've stayed in many purpose built student accommodations (being from the countryside but studying in Dublin) and I have to say Broadstone Hall ranks among the best of them.
The overall student experience has been greatly reduced due to the lockdowns however I've found the team at Broadstone has worked hard to keep as many of the facilities open as possible, the study rooms have proven invaluable and the rooftop garden is a nice reprieve from online classes.
I like the proximity to the city centre, all the main supermarkets can be easily walked to, there's also good links to university, with a bus stop to DCU right across the road (which unfortunately did not turn out to be nearly as necessary as I had hoped). A green line Luas stop is also nearby.
My room is also well designed and spacious, the finishes are beginning to show their age a little but are still leagues ahead of many other accommodations. Overall I've had a very comfortable and productive year here and I'd be quick to recommend it to anyone looking for student accommodation in Dublin!

Account of a Kavanagh Court resident
Having lived in Kavanagh court for two years I feel I got the full uninest experience. The common spaces, rooftop and onsite gym are all great. Bedrooms are modern and clean. And the kitchen area is a great space to hang out with your housemates. The staff were always super friendly and helpful. It was always nice to have reception staff to say hello to on the way home from a long day in college. Maintenance issues were always fixed quickly. The study room and desks in every bedroom made sure there was no excuse to not get college work done. The events hosted also gave an opportunity to mix with other residences.

Wonderful experience in Kavanagh Court
I lived in their Kavanagh Court property for 3 years. The building and amenities were modern and well thought out. The staff were always friendly and extremely helpful. The managers Alix and Sorcha run a very good team and any maintenance matters were dealt with efficiently. I also loved the events that Kavanagh Court organised and the roof terrace was a really great idea!

I love staying with them in Amnis House in Cork. All staffs are so friendly and helpful. They support all students through this pandemic. Of course, they deserve 5 stars!!!
