We've been using Bluebird for the last 12 months or so for ad hoc secretarial support - dictations and document processing. They have been excellent both in terms of quality and responsiveness. Communication is always clear and they handle everything we throw at them with a smile. They are invaluable to us now ! We especially like the flexible nature of the arrangement.

Whilst judges have complained about the state of bundles from some solicitors, we have never had a complaint about our electronic bundles. Jayne offers excellent, prompt service. Jayne and her colleagues provide the most efficient service. The team she has working for her are very prompt and accurate with the work produced and they even log into and use our own Case Management System to work on when they help us which adds to the efficiencies. We have utilised the services one and off for a number of years now and love the flexibility of the arrangement where they can provide cost assistance at times of need.

Interacting with Bluebird Support Services in the turnaround of a transcript of a 1+ hour zoom meeting was quick, efficient, cost-effective and the final product served its purpose in important construction adjudication proceedings.
