My withdrawal amount not credited yet, its been more than 72 hours, fooling me from past 3 days that it will definitely credit but not yet. I will definitely file a case against them.

Very bad experience for withdrawal problem,I have requested my money 8 k withdrawal but till not received my money from this app.I have take various time live help from this app and various time I have requested to withdraw my money but they telling me upload your documents for verification and I have uploaded all documents for verification but they have not withdrawal my money so I am very disappointed with th his app...so don't deposit any huge amount in this app because it will not withdrawal your amount...

The casino seems like a scam. I thought I was smart and did all the verifications and identification before I even deposited. They were already approved. When I try to withdraw money, surprisingly the page doesn't even know that I've already made a confirmation. When I try to withrawal, the page only states that the function is only available to verified players (which I already am). When I go from there to confirm my account, it's surprisingly already confirmed. When I try to withdrawl again, the same thing happens again and again. When I ask for help on LiveChat, the answer is always just that the team is "working" on it. It's been a really long time and there's no answer. When I ask about it again, I still get the same answers. I can't recommend anyone to play here.
