BLUECLAW at The Well
I went to BlueClaw at The Well and ordered a small cup with lobster. The cashier offered me the option to add more protein for an extra $5, which I accepted. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, another employee spoke to me, but she spoke very softly. I approached the counter and asked her, "What did you say?" She mispronounced my name, but that was fine. She asked for my receipt, and I informed her that the cashier hadn't given me one.
The other employee told her to go ahead and give me my order. Finally, I received my food, but the extra protein I had paid for was missing. The food itself was tasteless, and I ended up paying for poorly smashed fried potatoes. Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service and the attitude of the staff.
