Purchased two stuffed mini me's

Purchased two stuffed mini me's, it was a surprise Valentine's gift for my partner and he loved it!

Very well made and nice quality, our pictures look amazing.

Best product ever

Christmas gift finally here

I ordered a Christmas gift. It is now February 24th and still no sign of it. Every time I write asking where it is I get the same “I will have check with the such and such department” however last time they did say it shipped. Pretty sure the tracking number is bogus as it hasn’t moved. I’m not an angry person but this whole experience has been rage inducing. No offer for a refund either after 2 months of bs.

Update: I finally received my order. 3 months later. The product itself (personalized air freshener) is extremely well done and I am super happy with that. Changing to 3 stars to reflect happiness with quality of product. Would be 5 but for crap service.

Love seany beag (irish for small)

Love seany beag (irish for small) . He's hilarious and half famous on facebook now. I received two and they are both in great condition and worth every penny. Fast delivery also which was a bonus. Even got a few of my friends to order ones of themselves now haha. Excellent product. Love it.

I am extremely disappointed that in…

I am extremely disappointed that in this day and age that I could not get a picture of what the dolls looked like before you shipped them out. They were a gift and something I obviously paid for. I would have liked to have seen the finshed product prior to having them sent!!! The reasons i got were beyond ridiculous and patronizing at best. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATMENT!

Not worth the effort

Paid extra for expedited shipping and received item 2-3 weeks after date it was supposed to arrive. Never ordering from his company again, as this is the second time this has happened.

To date have had horrendous customer service with regards to an order placed 4 weeks ago which I have not received. Nor will anyone reply to confirm when it will be processed. I am ready to pursue a complaint with credit card company to get a refund.

I am absolutely fuming this company…

I am absolutely fuming this company does not care at all that I still have not received my item. I ordered a mini me doll, the tracking info has not moved since 20th December. I have contacted them a number of times and they are just coming back to me with the same answers that it was tried to be delivered but had to be returned this is not the case as royal mail has not posted anything to me. I have reached out to royal mail and delivery but still nothing. I've just felt very uncared for as paying customer. I'm gutted as I don't want a refund but as it stand this is the only way forward.

I love these custom stuffies!

I have three of the mini's and I absolutely love them! They are so cute and quirky I get one every year. I actually got two this year! Their customer servive is very responsive and helpful too which I really appreciated.
