terrible service

I placed order 3 weeks ago and I thought I had enough time till Christmas but order did not come. When I wrote email to support they have replied there was an issue with my order and they can not proceed my order correctly (if i have not text them maybe they would not let me know there was an issue with my order 🤷‍♀️). So now I can just wait for my late christmas present which will (maybe) come,

So fun!

I ordered a mini me and it was perfect. It tuned out better than I imagined. It came right on time and it made my whole family laugh!!

Support does not care

I've ordered one other product from their store and everything went great. I then used their store again and still haven't received an order that I placed 3 months ago. Not only that but I have gone through support on 3 separate occasions and all I get are copy paste responses stating that they will sort out my situation and get back to me, which they never do. These requests are all 7+ days apart and I would be completely okay with waiting for my product due to the holidays, but the company isn't even bothering to communicate with me at all. It's likely that I'll get my bank involved with this situation.

Edit: I raised my review to 3 stars due to Bluecrate's gesture, which I appreciate. I had troubles with support in this instance but again I didn't have any trouble last time I ordered. I won't mark this site off my list as they've shown they do care, and hopefully my experience this time was an anomaly.

Starters Woman Doll

The starkers doll with the face of my daughter was sent to her husband, who appears to be trapped in U.K. due to Covid. It arrived in time for Christmas and he loved it!! Thank you!

Brilliant socks

BlueCrate was wonderful!

I enjoyed working with BlueCrate! I ordered a customized thermal color changing mug and when I received it, the handle was completely shattered. I emailed BlueCrate immediately and they sent another mug out to me. I received the new mug within 2 weeks, just in time to wrap it up and place it under our Christmas tree. The whole team was very understanding and kind, and provided excellent customer service. I will absolutely be using them again in the future!!

First, Bluecrate is reputable. Not a fly by night operation. What you buy is what you get. They are great to work with. The pictures I send are not always the best for reproduction. Bluecrate always contacts me before they move forward. I am always pleased with my purchases. Last year I ordered mini Me’s and the wrapping paper. This year the socks. My gifts from Bluecrate are always a hit and fun to give. “What do you give someone that has everything? Bluecrate!!! Thanks 😊 Bluecrate

I've placed my order w one month…

I've placed my order w one month advance when the company advertised it would be delivered in 10 days. After 20 days of waiting, I contacted customer service and for the past 10 days I've been chasing my item w no success. All I get is "we're sorry, we're checking" but can't even inform the status of my order. I needed the item last week, I had to go and get another present as it didn't arrive in time, I have requested a refund,but they keep fobbing off. Never using this service again. Don't recommend to anyone.

Some of the worst customer service I…

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made an order with four items on it. I received three of the items. I was never informed about the final item until I inquired about it. For over a week now I have been emailing back-and-forth with people that have no idea where the order is but will also not issue a refund. Be warned if you decide to work with this company. They have lost my business in definitely.

I love this company and its products

I love this company and its products. I discovered Bluecrate last year and have ordered several things since then, The personalized products are the best! They are always a big hit with the gift receiver. No matter what kind of photo I send it always comes out well created on what ever item I purchase.
