This is a company to be avoided, in the annals of " snake oil peddlers" this lot are very skilful. Firstly avoid their nebulous " packages" offering " total MOT" and discounts. What happens is that you will turn up and fill in a form at which point ( some dodgy hotel usually) a nurse will " recommend" additional testing ( probably straight from Central Casting at RADA)- suddenly your " package" is £200 pounds more " Helga the nurse" gets her bonus and up sells like a trooper. When the victim of this woeful scam has the audacity to complain about up- selling ( a person who accesses this type of service is by definition worried) they are sent on a merry go around of customer service( huge department at company HQ) which is of itself stress inducing, woeful and unrealistic. I asked for a written description of the " package " my daughter had to augment , to be told that it was data - it is not, obviously. What I would do if tempted to pay for non NHS tests is to stand on the White Cliffs of Dover and simply throw five pound notes into the air- at least you will have a good walk and value for money- avoid as this sort of alleged service as it feeds upon the worried and has built in additionality of cost that is sold at a point the customer is compromised and vulnerable.

I have just returned from my wellness check, I was nervous on arrival as I have had some bad experiences with having blood taken. However the minute I met my Health Assessment Specialist Ruth, she made me feel completely at ease. An absolutely wonderful lady, so helpful, understanding and explained everything I needed to know in detail. She was so patient, and I didn’t feel at all rushed, or like I was just another appointment. Best experience i have ever had with having blood taken too.I would 100% recommend using Bluecrest for your health check and I will be making sure I can see Ruth every year. Thank you so much.

I have been to Bluecrest for a number of years for health checks. Eva is always frienly and professional. She gives some useful advice about the tests and checks that she does or that will be done at the laboratory. The full test results are sent through within a few days. I recommend Bluecrest for a cost effective way to get somepeace of mind with regular health checks.

Very quick and efficient service given when booking the appointment and when I arrived for my allotted time.
Eva was really confident and knowledgeable explaining everything that was going to happen during the appointment and what to expect afterwards. She was kind and reassuring when undertaking the tests and so really put me at my ease.
The results were back within days and really easy to interpret. I definitely recommend installing the app to view them.

The healthcare team doing the assessment were fantastic! So friendly and helpful and they took on board my needle phobia and were very accommodating.
Az really helped me feel at ease with my first visit, quick session - despite the fact my body wasn't giving up any bloods!
On my last appointment with Jenny, I was in and out in minutes, I hardly felt the bloods being done at all - she definitely has a knack for it and put me at ease really quickly.

I went for my annual Bluecrest health check today through vitality healthcare. I always find all of the nurses and medical staff to be very reassuring and helpful and talk you through everything that is going to happen. I am particularly scared of having my blood taken but Jodie Evans was extremely caring and professional in the way she handled my fear and made me feel at ease. I didn’t even feel the needle go in and it all seemed very easy. She made the experience very pleasant and has a very nice warm manner that is very reassuring when you’re scared.
