Within 8 days of your appointment, your results will be available online through our My Wellness portal. Your printed report will be sent in the mail within 21 days. John welcomed me in and explained everything about the procedures and what would take place. He was thorough and professional with slight humour which put me at ease.
The assessment was good. All test completed within 30 minutes but John had time to talk me through an extra that I had requested.
On the whole the assessment went really well and I would recommend it for anyone.

What a fantastic pair, Issy Farouk and Fiona MacCormick were amazing. Today was the third time that I have visited as I do not give my blood away easily. Today, they managed to get blood on the first attempt! Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered and explained well. Fiona and Issy were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had some issues that got escalated to executive complaints due to my customer journey which were resolved by Stacey L and she not only resolved my issue but gave me a lot of faith in the company from the way my situation was handled by her- and my assesment was conducted by Jackie H who was also very professional, knowledgeable and caring within my session. I wont be looking anywhere else for my healthcare needs... & Just know if things do happen to go wrong, Bluecrest are a service focused British based company who still deliver a bespoke customer journey which is rare to find these days. 12/10.

Was seen by Kelly at Holiday Inn Dartford and she made the experience fun and relaxing. Kelly saw me immediately at my arrival, even though I was 15 minutes early, and walked me through the tests and results in terms I could understand.
I explained to Kelly I did not like the finger prick blood test and she ensured I was comfortable and relaxed before proceeding which I truly appreciated.
My plan is to have an annual check, and I hope Kelly is there every time

He was very friendly and thorough, explaining every test to my husband and I. We felt comfortable and relaxed during the assessment and Dan always answered any questions with expertise.
