I had a health check in Brighton. Richard was friendly and professional, and didn’t rush me. He explained how and why certain tests were done. Very happy with the check.

Eva explained everything clearly when I went for my corporate health assessment. She answered all my questions and was very articulate when explaining the different elements of the assessment, making me feel at ease and in expert hands. I was very happy with the experience.

Really good appointment at Rhinefield House with William. He was charming and efficient.
Results came through after 6 days and are really useful. Well worth having done.
My AST blood reading came through as ‘unavailable’ which is disappointing as Liver function was one of my areas of concern. I’m not sure of the reason for this.
Overall definitely a 5 star rating and something I will start doing on a regular basis.

We've used bluecrest twice now and cant fault their professionalism and customer service. We saw Neil Caines this time round and he was a very pleasant man that was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use Bluecrest again and I would recommend them.

I booked a checkup, which was a 7 minute walk from my work. There were plenty of appointment time slots and locations available to chose from. I only waited a few minutes in the waiting room before being seen. Eva greeted me and ran through the checkup and what other options were available, with the details provided I upgraded my bloods test as I'd not had one done for a long time.
The checkup was smooth, Eva made me feel relaxed and made sure I understood everything.
Very happy with the checkup and looking forward to receiving the results.

My experience with Suhail Khan was great . In my first assessment the person was unable to find a vein , trying 3 times !! I can put very bruised and nauseous because of this. I was told I had to rebook book and hope the next person was able to find a vein. I was hesitant to rebook as I was worried it would happen again however Suhail put me at ease and was able to find my vein in one try!! The experience was completely different . Thanks Suhail !

The health assessment with Dan P was excellent- he was so kind and helpful, and I couldn't rate him more highly. He explained everything really well and was very efficient - and then went above and beyond by finding a bracelet I had dropped, leaving it safely with reception and messaging me to say that he had found it. The Bluecrest call centre are also very helpful. I would certainly recommend Bluecrest to others.

Bluecrest is a total waste of money
When you go for you’re tests , your greeted by some kid straight out of school, your results are a very broad scope, to which my own doctor was baffled at what they actually meant,
But the main objective is to take as much money off you as possible, scaremongering. Stay well away

Had the opportunity for a health assessment through my private health insurance. Eva from Bluecrest has been absolutely wonderful! Thank you for your kindness.

I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the Bluecrest Health Screening service I received on February 4th, 2026. The experience was markedly substandard compared to my previous Bluecrest screening at the Chiltern Hotel, and I encountered several serious issues that remain unresolved.
Firstly, the medical examination itself was concerning. The young technician conducting my screening lacked confidence, and the entire process felt like a perfunctory 'tick-box' exercise, devoid of thoroughness. More alarmingly, no proper hygiene protocols were observed during the blood collection process. This lapse in basic medical practice is unacceptable and raises significant health and safety concerns. Furthermore, the testing environment was compromised; Bluecrest had apparently rented a small, unheated room, which was both uncomfortable and unprofessional, contributing to a sense of disarray.
Secondly, and perhaps most critically, as of February 19th, 2026, I have still not received my blood test results. This is an egregious delay. After multiple attempts to contact Bluecrest, I have been given conflicting explanations: initially, I was informed the samples were "lost" due to improper labelling, and subsequently, that there was "a problem at the lab." Last Friday, I received an email stating that my results were available online, yet upon logging in, nothing was accessible. This lack of transparency and consistent misinformation is deeply troubling.
Adding to my frustration, I have been awaiting a call from your complaints team since Saturday, February 14th, which has yet to materialize. This further demonstrates a systemic failure in customer service and accountability. It is clear from reviewing numerous one-star testimonials from December 2025 onwards that these issues are not isolated incidents but rather indicate a concerning decline in your service standards.
Given the serious nature of these failings – including compromised hygiene, delayed/missing critical medical data, and a complete breakdown in communication and complaint resolution – I formally demand a full refund for the service I paid for. I expect an immediate resolution to this matter, including a clear explanation for the loss of my results and a prompt processing of my refund.

My health assessment specialist, John, was friendly, polite and helped to keep me calm when having a blood test. I would recommend this service to others.

The Health check was performed by Eva who was very impressive, both professional and highly knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions clearly and completely. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service and rate my experience very highly.
