After leaving 2 messages on their website & speaking to the lady who promised someone would call me back, it’s been long enough to make me realise nobody is interested in contacting me.

The Young Man Masoud came at 7:30am and was finished at 2:40, he did this all by himself. Very polite and respectful Man. He took little or no break and Got it done!! Had a Victron system fitted by Bluefix last year. Superb job by very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had a power issue over the Bank Holiday. Contacted Luke not expecting a response until a work day. However he immediately responded and spent a couple of hours resolving the issue over the phone. Nothing is too much trouble, my 5 star rating is fully deserved.

Contacted Bluefix after watching the Youtube channel. Was looking to upgrade my current setup to make safer and tidier, and these guys seemed to fit the bill. Van already has a fair bit of Victron kit, albeit not the tidiest and most efficient. A rough plan was formed, cost agreed and booking made. Arrived at Bluefix and the team were all over the van, Natalie recommended a change to the proposed solar setup due to limited space and we left the van with them.
Couldnt have been happier on collection. Very neat and tidy job all round, improved the whole setup no end. Moved batteries around to create more space and improve the whole install.
From initial contact to the information suppied on the local area for travel and accomodation, to the quality of the workmanship everything was first rate.
If your considering this type of upgrade Bluefix wont disapoint.

Bailey Vigo Unicorn caravan - we wanted dependable, independent camping with reduced pitch costs not always needing an electric hook-up which the standard wet battery cannot provide.
Mark & Luke listened to our requirements, giving us great advice & three differing options.
Matt & Liz in the workshop have made a very neat, tidy, professional installation, at collection taking the time to explain the new set-up & how to manage the system & individual components through the Victron app. I have no doubt that should we encounter any difficulties Bluefix will help us out.

I had our Motorhome fitted out by BlueFix earlier last year there knowledge on all Electricals was impressive. I went for a full victron upgrade and FogStar battery. What a job the team did and very tidy and clean upgrade. Everything was explained to me how it works all very professional. I had a system that could be looked at over internet and any updates or problems I in counted could be solved by Luke and Mark.
I have on couple occasions had a few problems and it’s never been an issue with them to solve regardless of what time or day they have came back and sorted it in no time at all. There workman and woman ship is second to none. There customer service is impeccable I would highly recommend them for any of your electrical up grades on what ever it is, they can do it.
It’s been great to find a company that really look after there customers.👍👏👏👏👏

What an amazing company, fabulous team there they can't do enough for you, no matter what day or time of day. Luke is an absolute treasure and has selflessly helped us many many times. There is nothing they don't know about camper electrical systems. We would be absolutely lost without to them. If you haven't used them yet don't waste your time with any other company for your electrical needs.

I visited Bluefix today in order to have the new Victron XS DC-DC controller fitted.

Natalie did a great job swapping my much more agricultural (only 6 month old) Orion unit for the new ‘lump’ which is smaller, lighter (think thumb an forefinger to pick it up) and much more efficient according to Victron..

Once it was fitted, we dumped some of the leisure battery’s power and then ran the engine - 47A going in from a 50A rated device, which I reckon is bang on!

As if that isn’t good enough, Luke presented me with a bill which was a couple of hundred quid shy of the quoted figure (which was already competitive) as “the job hadn’t taken as long as we expected it to”….

Brilliant service throughout - look on Youtube and you’ll see plenty of the more famous motorhome bloggers banging on about Bluefix - it’s now clear to me why, and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

So this is my review after 3 months of using the installation daily, what can I say? Superb in every way! I've had a minor technical issue, contacted them and before I knew it they'd remotely accessed the system and corrected the config issue. Honestly, I've been blown away by their customer service. It makes a change doesn't it? Really really pleased to have chosen BlueFix.

Visited To see Luke & Mark and they measured up my motorhome to fit the max of solar on my roof which turned out to be 6 x 175watts solar panels then 2x 320 ah lithium batterys and the install of a 24 volt system which is cheaper , less thickness in cable size also the batterys will last slightly longer and more efficient and £300 saving... great guys and thanks for your honesty

Luke and the team surpassed every expectation. From assisting us to plan a system to suit our needs through to work completion handover was, without any shadow of a doubt, the most professional mobile home experience that we have had in almost 30 years of caravan / motor homing. The team are knowledgeable and professional in their approach, and are all extremely helpful. The work itself is second to none. They managed to fit the whole Victron system and 230Ah Fogstar battery into the passenger travelling seat compartment in our Bailey Autograph. Apart from the system screen, you would never know that they had ever worked there. The standard of workmanship, fit and service is second to none. This is also the same for the additional solar panels that the team fitted to the roof. We’ll definitely be going back for a future diesel heater upgrade. Thank you Luke & team.

Top quality install by a professional team

Luke and team worked out based on my requirements the optimal design for my motorhome, a Swift Kon-Tiki 784 . Managed to fit 560w of Victron solar panels on my roof . More than I thought possible . Managed to fit all the Victron components neatly in the garage , including a massive 320ah EcoTree battery into the Swift battery compartment . Lovely installation. Can now remote access everything through Cerbo GX . The useless Swift default 100w and lead acid are now in the past .

Can't recommend BlueFix enough. I went there for a quote for a new lithium battery set up. While they were specifying the set up, they replaced my drained AGM battery and trouble-shot my 12V system to find a faulty fuse. They didn't even charge me for this work, and it was before I had even signed for the lithium upgrade. You can't go wrong with these guys - highly recommended.

Amazing, helpful, very knowledgeable and no bulls@@t approach. They do exactly what they say they will and they’re very good at it.
