Excellent service from initial meeting.
Excellent service from initial meeting with Garry through to completion. All work was done by a professional team who ensured everything went like clockwork keeping my home clean and tidy with dust sheets over the floors.. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending the company. Turned up on time and did what they said they would do. No fuss, no bother. Great service.

Garry Lloyd picked up my request for a visit to check out a leaky radiator within a few hours and after I sent him pictures of the rusting radiator he attended my house within two days having purchased the replacement radiator and fitted a brand new one, all at the same time. I was grateful for the speed of response as a leaky bathroom radiator could cause issues for the ceiling! Garry and his team were great

Excellent Family Run Business
I used this company for the first time following my combi write off.
All appointments were on time , punctional and straight to the point. I was impressed by their expert knowledge from the first visit to the completed installation.
I had a combination boiler, magnastt filter and mains pressure reducer For the extended warranty.
Their quote was presented in an understandable format. The workmanship was faulless, clean and neat including cutting existing wall tiles to accomodate the replacement boiler. Dust sheets protected my carpets and everything was hovered afterwards. No evidence of any work being carried out in my house at the three places.
All workings for the new equipment was explained by the installation engineer. There was a final visit by the company manager who visually checked the work for customer quality and satisfaction.
It was nice to have good clean knowledgable company working for me.
Albeit the company is local to my postcode CF42. I have recommended them to my family members for breakdowns, service and plumbing based on my experience. Finally their price was very competitive and I thank them for their work.
