Blue Gas came to service my gas fire just before Christmas. The engineers were excellent. They did a very thorough job and went above and beyond to ensure it was safe to use. They were kind and friendly, even offering to take their shoes off at the door. Also reasonably priced and stuck to the original quote. I can’t recommend them highly enough! All in all an excellent company.

I was looking for a Gas Safe registered company with a good reputation to fix an old manual broken thermostat for an underfloor heating system. The fee to come out was reasonable to review the issue and provide a quote to replace what was needed. The works were agreed and a date set. Overall the the engineer was very knowledgeable and offered key advice on how an underfloor system should be used. In addition, they were very tidy and ensured all the dust etc was cleaned up following the installation. Certainly I will using them again and would highly recommend them going forward for any works.

The Bluegas team decommissioned my existing gas boiler, water storage tank, immersion heater and shower pumps. They installed a new boiler and pressurized water cylinder. The guys were careful while working in my house and their pipework changes were neat and tidy. I received an explanation on how all the new parts worked at the end of the job. The system works great. The admin side of BlueGas were also great, keeping me updated along the way from the initial quote/order through to invoicing. I recommend BlueGas to others.

Very professional, reliable and polite personnel. Gareth attended very quickly and an acceptable quote received within 24 hours. New boiler fitted very quickly by very professional, polite and tidy engineers. The Customer Service and Office Manager, Elin was also a star and dealt with quotation, invoice, appointments and registration of warranty information immediately.

Absolutely delighted with the work that Gareth and his team carried out for us. Our central heating works super efficiently now and the house has never been so lovely and warm. I honestly cannot recommend Blue Gas enough. We had a team of 3 working in our house all day and they were a pleasure to have around. So polite, friendly and left the house spotlessly clean. Won't hesitate to use Bluegas again.

We use Blue Gas here at Countrywide and I must say the service they provide is exceptional. Elin is absolutely fantastic with providing updates and sending through reports efficiently, we no not need to chase them on hardily anything. All works and investigations are carried out in a timely manner. If there was an out of hours emergency Garath is super efficient and the works are guaranteed to get done. I would definitely recommend Blue Gas over and over again!

Gareth Blewett at BlueGas had serviced my cousin's boiler and central heating for several years, and so when we decided we wanted to add some more radiators (and therefore a new boiler) it was natural that we would ask BlueGas.
My cousin was a hoarder. He lived alone and his house was very untidy, but BlueGas made no comment and worked around the clutter. Gareth and his colleague Tom have a lovely manner. They could have exploited my cousin and overcharged him, but they were polite and their charges seemed very reasonable. Now that my cousin has died, it currently falls to me as executor to maintain the house until it is sold. I'm pleased that I arranged the annual service with BlueGas. It was lovely to see Tom again.

I had a damp patch on my kitchen ceiling that Blue Gas came to investigate. They discovered a small leak in a pipe in a very awkward place. To change that part of the pipe it would have meant taking up fitted wardrobes to find the joint and holes in my new kitchen. They came up with a plan to redirect the water. As it was a big job they put a temp fix over the hole and we arranged an appointment for the next week however before the appointment, water started dripping through the kitchen light. I called and they came that day to fix it. They were very helpful, courteous and tidy.

Very professional and great service. Bluegas arrived on-time and left everything neat and tidy afterwards. I am repeat customer of Bluegas and would recommend them for any boiler needs.

Gareth & Tom are the ultimate professionals.
Between them they have been looking after our heating needs for over 7 years and have been able to resolve issues which other engineers were unable to or possibly even didn't want to spend the time trying to fix!
They are knowledgeable, polite and take care when working in our home.

This was my second time within a few weeks of using Blue Gas to fix a secondary issue; and yet again I wasn't disappointed.

I had a problem with my bathroom sink trap. The team were able to help 'diagnose' the issue as much as possible in advance by explaining the problem; to ensure more time spent during the visit could be focussed on the job itself - a real perk!

Tom arrived on-time, professional and left the bathroom clean and tidy and the job was fixed!

We called Gareth as noticed our boiler was leaking and we were due to be going away in the next few days - Gareth was super and got someone round to us within 2 hours on a Saturday to sort the problem! This meant we could relax whilst away without worrying about what we would come back to. Gareth and his team are second to none and has helped us out many times before, would definitely recommend!
