Blue Flame were one of, if not, the premier heating company in the Colchester area. They used to run a good and organized company along with investment in their employees. This all ended when they were bought into the large and expansive company trading under the title of Gasway. Now they are one company that I would never consider to act as my prime contractor for plumbing and heating services, as they are completely out of touch with their employees.
Good service arrived on time and got on with changing the boiler. Cleaned up well and removed all the rubbish from the old boiler. Explained the working of the new boiler and thermostat.
I first contacted Blueflame Energy for a quote for new boiler on 16th May job was completed,competitively priced , expertly fitted on 24th May. What more can you ask for. Many thanks
