I wanted to share my experience with Blue Light and Maria Waheed (Marie), who was absolutely amazing professional, informative, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process.

I took out critical illness cover, which pays £100,000 if you’re diagnosed with a critical illness. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with cancer and have since had surgery, and I am now awaiting radiotherapy. Having this cover has given me real peace of mind during such a difficult time, allowing me to focus on my recovery without financial worry.

The process only took a couple of weeks, and Marie’s guidance and support made all the difference. I would highly recommend this cover to anyone and strongly encourage speaking to Maria Waheed. Outstanding service.

We have used Blue Light Insurance to arrange our life / critical illness / mortgage protection for the last 5 years now.
The team have made what appears to be a very complicated collection of policies and options super easy to digest and set up, and more importantly to adapt to life's changes.
We have just had cause to adapt our policies for future with a house move and the team at Bluelight have done a fantastic job at getting it all sorted without any significant effort on our part, which has been massively helpful given the stress of organising mortgages, solicitors etc etc.
Special thanks goes to Max, who has dealt with endless what if and why questions from us, and who has taken the time to touch base to follow up with nudging us to consider reviews, and Hannah who has been a real gem at ensuring all the admin stuff is sorted.

I used Blue Light Money to sort out life and critical cover insurance and Max made the process so simple and easy. We talked through different options until we found the best one for me and I wasn't pressurised in any way. I had a few issues setting up a direct debit with my Monzo bank account but Hannah helped out with that and sorted it and got my free will writing kit sent out within good time. My first time using this company but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Genuinely, Hannah and Max have been absolutely brilliant during the process of us getting our first mortgage. At every stage, they have both explained things simply for us to understand and always been on the case to ensure everything was moving as quickly and smoothly as possible (including staying on hold numerous times to the lender)! The WhatsApp group created for us made getting in touch really easy. Even now we have completed on our first home, we still have the chat and the offer to get in touch with any queries.
