Terrible
Terrible. The product is good quality but they will charge you delivery fees even when they say they are free. They do not deliver within 1-3 hours like their website says. They have unfortunately lost a customer. Decent weed though, so they get 1 star. You will not be able to get in touch with anyone if you have an issue, their email and chat systems either don’t work, or they just don’t check them.

I place 2 orders in 2 separate days…
I place 2 orders in 2 separate days over one weekend. Both orders never arrived and I was given the same excuse your driver's car broke down. I was told that on the first order and then on the next day when I placed a second order I was told the exact same thing I was then given a coupon for a discount for another order that never showed up. So 3 times I've tried to order from your company and you've never arrived with anything and I was told to prepay which I won't do, because you've never ever once delivered my order. And this will be the third time. I've tried to place an order with your company and I've been told every single time. I can provide you with the email from Blue Moon that your driver's car broke down. So that whole weekend when I would place an order. You guys gave me the same reason for no delivery but it was on two separate days.I didn't know you only had one driver

No complaints on product and delivery. I’ve tried to use a code a few days ago during the sale and the code wouldn’t work (I got the code that day) and I emailed someone two days ago about the problem, but nobody got back to me and I missed the sale.
