I don't trust BluePillow
I don't trust BluePillow. On a recent trip I found a hotel property via Google Travel that was supposedly available through BluePillow for my dates. I clicked to go to BluePillow and their site again indicated it was available for my dates. Three times BP allowed me to go through the booking process, only to fail at the end. Frustrating. It then sent me an email saying it had found other similar properties I could book. All of those properties were 8-12x the cost of the one I originally wanted. I've had similar experiences in the past with BluePillow. Avoid.
Bluepillow.com has mapped our property…
Bluepillow.com has mapped our property on Google Maps without our permission. This website is SCAM.
The information and photos of the property is stolen from the VRBO website.
Do not use!
Booking is not confirmed by owner
My booking doesnot received and approved by the owner, i was not checked-in but still lose my money.
Owner refuse to be responsible for this and said he is not cooperate with you, and i can not have my money back, he instead write me a letter with company stamp that he was not received any money or reservation.
i think this is scam and i will find a way to take my money back. Report is initial.
Attached is proof.
Brs,
Family room booking_ Trip to Da Nang
I was struggling to finalize the rooms for my family, since it is size of 6 persons, to optimize the cost and get the quality rooms. During the search process I was notified by bluepillow, having two rooms with optimized cost.
Then, I booked two rooms that's in Hotel, Hilton.

East site to use
SCAM. Lying to steal business.
SCAM. They explicitly lie to you. When you click and it says "You've just missed this! This apartment has just been booked now!"... that's a straight up bold faced lie. I've seen their responses to others who have noticed this and they again lie, hiding behind a lack of transparency. I know they are lying because I tested them. Twice. Once on my own listing on a date that was not available and had been booked long ago. They showed it as available as click bait then suddenly not. I then tested I date that is currently available and even that switched suddenly to "just missed it". They stole my listing and professional photos and changed the name. They are misrepresenting my property as their own without directing traffic to me, and worse LYING to people that it's not available in order to streer traffic to their listings. CANNOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. I'm going to send them a cease and desist.
Same prices as booking.con
Price stated was £40 cheaper than booking.com but when I clicked to book price was suddenly inflated by £40 so waste of time. Same thing with another property. I'll stick with booking.com, tried and tested. Feel the sites draws you in with promise of a better deal but definitely doesn't deliver
Scam
Clicked on the link on google maps since they had the lowest price. Got a just missed it message and listing of other hotels. What a scam.

Great experience
I'm so glad I found my Blue Pillow
I have never heard of blue pillow. They had the competition beat by $13 per night. The process was easy and quick. The lodge we are staying at looks great and can't wait to get there. Thank you Blue Pillow.
