The booking process was easy. Detailed info about the place I choose. Easy to follow steps
Stay away - a scam!
Stay away! Searched for an accommodation via Google Maps, bluepillow showed the best rates. Clicked on it and it took me to another property that is “bookable” but in fact, does not even exist! Scam!

Patsy could not have been more helpful
Patsy could not have been more helpful. From ensuring I had everything I needed to suggesting restaurants. A pleasant stay.
Easy to book
Easy to book, then I had to cancel and rebook with date changes, smooth as a whistle , thank you
Clickbait
I've been researching hotels for couple of weeks and I can with 100% guarantee say that the bluepillow prices shown are clickbait. They are never available. I would suggest not to show fake prices just to get customers to click your website.

Complete SCAM!!
Complete SCAM!!! Stay away!!! Advertising and booking for hotels in the US with the same name as hotels in UK.
Now I'm going to have to fight to get my money back. I am obviously going to contact the officials.
Classic data grabbing scam
Classic data grabbing scam. They advertise lodging for a few bucks less than the average. Collect your name and contact info. Say you have to "finalize" hotel in question through a mainstream trustworthy site "Expedia etc." Take you to card section and collect all your financials. Then you press book. Now they have your credit card details and spin the wheel for eternity until you give up...after all the trustworthy site didn't offer you that price to begin with. I let blue pillow "process my booking" for 48 minutes. Canceled and booked through a mainstream non scam site and actually booked for about 7 dollars more per night. It's not USA based its a SCAM
Can find good deals.
waste of time, how do they do business ??
Don't know why they bother advertising rooms when every one I've ever clicked on has just been sold , but then instantly offered at an inflated price, the latest being £1000 more than advertised for a 6 night stay at a 3* s/c apartment !! complete waste of time even looking
Waste of time
I have tried this website a number of times and NEVER managed to book anything through it.
Having been told that the accommodation IS available, when I click through it always tells me that I've "just missed"
My experiences carry over from last year, but once more I tried today and once more was disappointed.
Try it if you want, but don't be surprised when it wastes your time.
