Mohan demonstrates calmness combined with efficiency. No detail is too troublesome for him to follow up and explain in detail any of my questions to him regarding a cruise, and locations that would be visited by us, and what the benefits could be if I followed his additional suggestions at reasonable additional costs, adding what types of accommodation, and duration of stay, pre and post the cruise of a lifetime that we have chosen!

We ironed out options and details over email, as I wasn’t free enough to concentrate via calls and it allowed me to have a record of my questions and Mohan’s answers.
