Easy booking no problems
Hotel cancelled our booking then refused refund!!!
Hotel cancelled bookings then refused refund.
Booked to stay in Hotel Piscis, Mallorca for April 2020 and paid in full in Feburary. On 26th March, they emailed to cancel due to Covid-19. They offered credit notes to be used against a holiday to be used by October 2020. For several reasons, this wasn't feasible (not least that they have increased prices for September/October so we can't afford the difference) so asked for a full refund. They refused saying that as I had booked on the basis that it was a non refundable booking in case of cancellation, that no refund was due. They went further to say that the offer of a credit note was beyond what they would normally do as a generous goodwill geture (even though it was the BlueSea Hotels that cancelled and not me).
They have since sent emails suggesting the bookings are cancelled but now without even a credit note (presumably as I asked dared to ask for a refund).
Sad that I couldn't give less than 1 star!
4 star???More like 2 star
booked a 4 star hotel but was no better than a 2 star. The staff were brilliant but had to run between the bar and restaurant which you don't expect in an all inclusive hotel. The food was inedible (who actually has soggy cold peas and carrots for breakfast??). If we wanted a kettle in our room we had to pay 3 euros a day, deposits for plastic cups, no mini bar or water in our rooms, patio doors with broken locks, sockets falling off the wall, lose toilet cistern and wash basin. Even when the bar was forced to close because of the Corona virus no water o drinks were made available in our rooms!
Please dont go to this hotel
Please dont go to this hotel, there is no service and moral! my parents 87 years old are french and dont have fly back with the corona virus situation. The hotel put my parents outside and have now no sleep possibility. As customer outside!

Unfortunately you asked for a review before my wife and I had used the hotel. Perhaps in the future, you might wait until, after the end of the visit to the hotel. Having said that, we would thoroughly recommend the hotel to our family, friends and neighbours without a moments hesitation.
We really enjoyed our visit. This is our second use of the hotel, and we already have plans to return, when the current crisis allows.

Room is renovated but not 100%
I like the room, but you have forgott to renovated the details, and this is very important for a 4 stars hotel, details make the different with other hotels. The doors of the rooms are old and don't work very good. The windows are not isolated, and the noise from the street and music from the other bar leasing in the room and is not possible too sleep quiet.is not easy too open and close the door of the balcony. The hotel ist not 100% clean, in my washbasin is a hair from the moment when I check in, and after 2 days stay in the same place. Second time we have stayed still as good staff are very helpful and very polite we requested a room where the sun gets.we were accommodated as I have a disability staff very helpful.the only negative is was not allowed sunbed on our balcony if I did not feel well would not lay out by pool so would loved to of been able to lay on sunbed on balcony

The price/quality equation is good
The price/quality equation is good. There are some things which could be improved. Our room was obviously decorated by a short man who could not reach the top of the walls. Our bathroom shower attachment had come away from the wall but this was put right quickly and efficiently. However, if things were built better - for example with a batten fixed to the wall with cavity wall fixings and then the attachment is screwed to the batten. Then the shower attachment would have something to hold onto and it would not fall off again. The receptionist is an absolute star. She is hard working, speaks a zillion languages and is quick and competent and coped with me really well when I complained about the shower. The central courtyard is a delight with a large swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen area where the breakfast eggs and omelettes are prepared. The breakfast was good except for the coffee which was not and - horror of horrors - they use plastic teaspoons! Ugh!! Also they use plastic straws in the drinks and it is time to say NO to these useless bits of plastic please. We will come back here because it is generally a great place and I hope that the company finds my feedback useful.

Hotel in good location and that's it.no more good points. Food disappointed.,animation disappointed, even the nice private area you can use if you book through blue sea website with platinum bands its NO chance because people with blue bands occupied area in full and no one care about this. So what point have platinum bands? People waiting 20 /30minuts to get in to the restaurant. What this? If facilities not big enough what point accommodate so many people?2 star max I can give
