Everything is so well maintained, secure and run very efficiently thanks to Sharon. Any questions or issues are dealt with quickly and she will always go the extra mile to help. Blue Self Storage Wentloog - Motorhome
The site: Easy to access, all big roads used by lorrys to get there from A470/M4 so no problem with motorhome of any size. Ours is only 6.1m but might be relevant for others :). Enormous compound, really really taken back by how organised and enormous everything is. Security to get in, all fenced off, patrols, dogs, etc etc. Feels very secure anyway.
The facilities: Top job on these to be fair, not something they needed to add but its going to make life much easier to bring home a full serviced motorhome with water/empty waste/pumped up tyres/clean etc. Really impressed with them, all huge aswell roads/bays for cleaning its fully designed and thought about not just a field.
The people: Bernie, Courtney, and Sharon were all incredible throughout the process from enquiry to motorhome in storage. Even though I left it months in between. Cannot fault them.
Deffo feels like we made a good choice so far anyways :)

The application form was very easy to fill out. Excellent prices, fantastic site, 24 hour security, guard dogs patrolling the grounds. Everything i wanted in a storage company. So professional from start to finish, in my opinion the best storage company in Cardiff. A+++++

I have used Blue Storage at both sites in Cardiff for several years. An excellent customer service experience with all of the staff including Sharon Shillabeer. I would not hesitate to use Blue Storage again if required in the future.
