I was really looking for some idler sprockets, spotted the cables and thought I could use some new ones, after 13,000 known miles

I've utilized BlueSkyCycling several times over the past couple years. Nice selection and very good prices. I miss the free shipping at a certain price point, but it hasn't been a deal breaker since they stopped. On two different occasions I have had one item in my order not be in stock despite showing in stock on thier site. On one of those occasions it was a little difficult for me to get in touch with the sales person who notified me so that I could make a change to my order. Other that that I have been very happy and I will continue to buy from BlueSkyCycling in the future. Packages arrive in quick fashion as long as you don't have to make a change to your order. Thank you!

Blue sky cycling prices can't be beat , I have checked other sites and compared prices and the majority of the time blueskycycling has the better prices

Quick shipping and best prices so far. Shipping was way too pricey and did not give shipping price until transaction complete. Not fair to customers.

I needed things for a weekend ride - leaving on Friday - so I ordered them the prior Saturday. When I didn't receive any confirmation, I called BlueSky first thing Tuesday morning (9am their time) and asked why. They said my credit card didn't process and were going to call me, but weren't certain when. I told them they could have followed up sooner. I gave them new credit card information, but stressed that I must have the items on Friday. The rep confirmed with a supervisor that they would arrange shipping so I would get things Friday. I asked them to be certain - and he said they were. As you may guess - things didn't come until Saturday, which pretty much messed things up. They didn't do what they said, even if it would have cost them a few bucks in 3-day shipping. On top of them charging for shipping and their silly handling fee, I may never shop at Blue Sky again.

Many, many transactions with these guys and have never been disappointed. They only advertise what they have in stock and shipping is always fast and at a reasonable cost.

Ordered a wheelset and it was delivered quickly. What a great deal!

Nice to find a closeout/outlet type store for bike gear. Prices range from good to unbelievable. Service is first rate: stuff ships out immediately and arrived in 2 days. Shipping charges are not cheap; would be good if they offered a slower option at lower cost. But overall a great experience. Also: I returned one item, and it was completely hassle-free. No RMA needed, no explanation, no restocking fee, just send it back within 30 days and your refund is processed within 48 hrs after they receive the item. Amazing service.

Very satisfy with the tires I did buy. Price and quality very good, excellent it is the best I can describe it.

After ordering 1 front and 1 rear 160mm brake set, I received 1 front 160mm and one front 180mm sets of brakes. This was totally the fault of blue sky cycling. I was not offered any type of expedited shipping despite it being blue sky's fault. When the order was returned and reshipped, I received an email that looked like I had been charged for it.

I looked all over the internet and this company had the best prices around for good quality KENDA mountain bike tires. I even had to change my order and the customer service did it without any hassle and got it right the first time. This was not my first experience with Bluesky and I will definitely shop here again.

The most recent experience was the second time this has happened with them. You order products based on the size and/or picture of the items on their site and find that they are not what they were represented to be once received. Also delivery charges seem high unless you order a lot of products. Both times however their customer service did seem to care and did their best to resolve the issues.

Called sales to see if BlueSky would work with me on shipping. The rep. listened to my concerns on the product descriptions and was able to resolve any concerns i had with purchasing clothing from them.

Faith is in the process of being restored.

Recently bought 4 pair of cycling shorts. Two of the pair ran larger than specified on the site (mavic sprint), and two of the pair did not have inner pads as would be expected in a normal pair of shorts(661 sub short). The item description was not accurate as it pertained to a shirt.

I was going to try to exchange, however I would be paying triple shipping to maybe get a product I can use. At this point I will be paying double shipping to get the return.

I will most likely not purchase any wearable product until there is some improvement to these return policies.

Additionally, the shipping charge was $3 more than advertised by the posted shipping schedule on the site.

When you buy clothes online you do take risks, and this time wasn't a win.

I highly recommend purchasing a similar product even for a little more from someone who has a local presence (ie Performance Bike), where you are able to return the product face to face.

On previous order that were parts only, I have had good luck with this vendor.

Fast shipping, had all my order in stock and came rite the first time. Keep it up, better than anyone I have gone to in the pass.
