I loved buying products from these guys. Basically any and everything i could need for my bike. However if they offered customer pick up i would rate 5 stars. I don't buy from them anymore cause they don't do will call.

The order came to my door almost immediately. Price was the best (lowest) I could find for my fav. mountain bike tires

Bought enough OEM cables and housings (and end caps) to outfit TWO bikes' brakes and derailleurs for only 50 bucks. Try to beat that.

Web site easy to navigate and prices clearly seen wide selection of products fast shipping packaged well.

I Ordered out of stock item, no biggie, but it took them 4 days to let me know. No confirmation emails were sent to me until I called and asked about my order. Took them 10 days from original order to get anything shipped.

I ordered a Fox seat bag (at retail price) and a pair of Fox Sargent shorts (at a discounted price) and asked for a price match: Performance Cycle offers 10% additional off everything on Tuesdays, noon to 2pm. BlueSky did not apply any additional discount to my order (Price Match?). I called BlueSky and they were not interested in acknowledging a percentage discount on any items, even though the price in both cases was the MSRP - I would have been better off NOT ordering the Fox seat bag and instead, buying in from my local Performance Cycle, saving an additional 10% off and not having to pay the shipping and insurance fees that are added on by BlueSky. Live and learn...

Going forward, I will be not be using BlueSky as my "go-to" supplier and be more aware other local shops in my community who stand behind their offers unequivocally.

I have purchased several times from Blueskycycling and have had quick service and correct delivery each time.

I have been buying from you guys for a few years now but have noticed that your selection when it comes to top brand names is not quite as good or fresh as your big competitor Price Point, which by the way y'all have them by far on customer service because their team always sounds like a bunch of snobs. Your prices are on par with everyone else I just think a little better selection in the areas that matter will make a big difference. Don't loose the loyalty because that is where most Americans will spend their money.
