Thanks to Manda and team for setting up this amazing trip for us. Our Yunnan itinerary was very well crafted and we had the flexibility to explore the destination at our own pace. Everything went smoothly according to plan while we were there. The local guides and drivers are friendly, knowledgeable and well trained. They were very attentive to our needs during the trip and often went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Overall excellent service from Blue Sky Escapes. Highly recommended!

Ble Sky Escapes arranged for a cruise on Oceania Riviera for me and my husband in Sept 2023. Oceania Cruises offered different packages and I am grateful for BSE's help to work out the best deal. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly on the cruise with its excellent service, restaurant options and well-curated shore excursions. We will certainly consider BSE and Oceania Cruises for our next vacation

Blue Sky Escapes created a most memorable trip to Mongolia for us, remembering thoughtful little details of our likes and dislikes garnered from our pre trip conversations as well as unexpected surprises for example a remote hilltop BBQ lunch and birthday cake. The ground team worked so well together and we got to see and experience more than we had expected. Absolutely fantastic trip!

Elaine from BSE planned our memorable honeymoon. She was definitely an expert in her field and gave us many ideas on where to go, was patient in explaining the beauty of each country as well as what we could do there. She also sent us many different itineraries we could consider.

Eventually, we decided to go with her suggestion to join the uniworld cruise (i.e Enchanting Danube) which started from Budapest, sailed to Bratislava, Vienna, Durnstein, Melk, Linz, Salzburg and finally at Passau in Germany. Elaine was very responsible. She made the necessary arrangements for us to be picked up by the uniworld crew when we arrived and made sure to check in on us on whether they did when we arrived at the airport in Germany. She was also right about not having to worry about going hungry during the trip. The food on board the cruise were always delicious (buffet spreads/3 course dinner with free flow alcohol and other drinks). They also catered the local dishes of each city it was docked at so we got to immerse ourselves in their culture. We had daily tours in each city and were also given free leisure time to explore on our own. Other than that, there was even a 30km biking tour from Durnstein to Melk, as well as a private concert in Vienna for the cruise guests. Overall, the cruise staff always looked out for the welfare of their guests and we had a very pleasant experience. It was also an accomplishment for us to conquer 4 countries comfortably.

After the cruise ended, we wanted to extend our trip in Munich. Elaine was very knowlegable and planned for us to join a day tour to the famous Neuschwanstein Castle. She also recommended what food to try (i.e. Bavarian Brauhaus) and the best locations we should stay at.

Overall, we are very glad to have Elaine plan our holiday and we would definitely reach out to her again to plan our future trips! Excellent and reliable service!

Blue Sky Escapes put together a well thought out package involving movement and nutrition, some more active and others passive. The practitioners were also really high quality.

Finally made the time to invest in a 1/2 day retreat with Blue Sky Escapes x The Living Cafe and it was the best decision I made! It was a half-day respite for me in a cosy and intimate setting and the programme was well-planned and executed with a mix of educational talks, interactive hands-on sessions and a delicious, good-for-you lunch to boot!

I'm already looking forward to joining their longer retreats in future but if you are on the fence about taking that leap and investing in a retreat or programme, trust me that it will be the best decision that you will make for your wellness and health!

The retreat at Villa Samadhi organized by Blue Sky Escapes was one of the most powerful, extraordinary inward journey I have ever embarked on. It was extremely well organized with utmost attention to detail, a beautiful selection of meditations carefully curated for our wellness journey with some amazing practitioners/spiritual guides. Everything from the food to the ambience was carefully selected and even after the retreat the team took such great care of us by checking in. Really loved the 2 day meditation retreat by the team. The team is incredible and knows what they’re doing! The retreat was healing, liberating and perfectly planned! The food was really good too! Highly recommend!

Blue Sky Escapes made 2021 all better. We contacted Chervin and his team around October 2021 when we heard that there would be a possibility of travel to some destinations. We had some rough ideas of beaches or family or snow somewhere in December 21/January 22. That's quite a broad brief! Chervin guided us through the options and introduced us to a few we had never before considered (that are now high on the list of Have To Do). He also helped us figure out the up- and down-sides of each choice, given the constraints and potential constraints that define the world of Covid-19 travel. The team at Blue Sky Escapes operate seamlessly under impossible pressures. Two weeks before we were scheduled to travel, Omicron hit. They helped us reconceptualize our travel plans, handling the headache of cancellations and rebookings. Then they found us -- at short notice -- our dream hotel stay in the West End in London. We look forward to our future travel and can't wait to see what Blue Sky Escapes manage to find for us next.

Experience an awesome day retreat with the guidance of our facilitators Amber and Dan.This was my 1st journey with them and enjoyed every session that was prepared for us and my heart,mind and soul felt so light and I walked out with many of my doubts answered and attaining sense of peace, calmness , happiness and contented. Will be returning back for the 3D2N retreat on March to contd my journey with them.

Due to COVID, I have chosen to do my annual wellness retreat in Spore with Blue Escape and was delighted by the team’s attentiveness prior and during the retreat.

Clear instructions provided prior to the trip to make sure that we are all well packed. The retreat was done in a comfortable group size of 18 pax in Villa Samadhi, a location that makes us feel that we are out of Spore.

We have total privacy during the retreat and met like minded person who share their views and tips of personal health and wellness. Amazed by how the team managed to pair up like minded “partners” for the retreat.

The meditation and spiritual sessions conducted by professionals were an amazing experience. The retreat has allowed me to totally reset my body.

Last but not least, the team has cleverly arranged for different restaurants/cafes to prepare plant based meals so that we can have something to look forward to in our daily meals.

Placed a couple of hotel bookings with Blueskyescape and I have to say that I'm really impressed. Our consultant, Nicola went above and beyond with the arrangements. Not only that, she has been really patient with my queries and request. Will continue to place my hotel staycation with Nicola for sure!

Blueskyescapes was very efficient, caring and professional organizing our trips to Italy and also to Lijiang where their guide in China spoke excellent English & took very good care of us. The Company suggested so many interesting things to do and sights to see, which is so different and refreshing from ordinary tour company. We will definitely use their services again and again. I am happy the Company continues to keep in touch and showing us what interesting activities the world can offer albeit the pandemic. Can’t wait for travel to open fully & will let Blueskyescapes to guide us to Africa .

Update: The company sent a gift as a token of apology and offered two complimentary places on the original tour we were interested in, during the next tour run. The tour guide on this Alexandra Black and White Houses tour was informative and engaging.

22/07/21: The company refunded me the difference in value between the tour I purchased and the tour we went on within two days, while engaging me on how to improve my family's experience.

This company did not deliver on the tour I purchased on Klook. The listing said "Instant confirmation" but no confirmation was given for a month, until the tour was cancelled 12 hours before. There is NO CANCELLATION OR REFUND for purchases on third-party sites.

After lengthy negotiations the day before the tour (Alexandra Black and White Houses), we finally went on a different tour from what we wanted. The tour itself (Kampong Lorong Buangkok) was average-- meeting the homeowner was interesting but the tour was not very informative.

All exchanges below were conducted with perfect politeness, but unfortunately that does not make up for the lack of professionalism, organisation and communication overall.

I booked this tour a month in advance, partially using the Singapore Rediscover Vouchers. I was told that a 5th guest was needed before the tour could be confirmed, and that the company would check on the availability of the guide and homeowner, which is fine.

One week in advance, no news heard. Upon my asking, I was updated that there was a guide and a potential 5th guest, but the 5th guest and homeowner had yet to confirm.

Two days before the tour, no confirmation, no reply to my query.

The day before the tour, I had to enquire again. The company still was not able to confirm whether the tour was going. At this late hour I was quite desperate for any solution, as we could not reschedule, and the company "typically could not process refunds". There was a long and frustrating exchange and lots of uncertainty. I could not finalise any plans.

Finally 12 hours before the tour, it was confirmed that the tour would NOT happen after all, and my family and I would go for another tour. This was very disappointing as my family had been to the alternate place multiple times already. While the tour value was much lower, the company refunded me the difference within two days.

Savi at Blue Sky Escapes was extremely helpful and responsive as we tried to arrange our Singapore Capella visit at the last minute. It was a wonderful staycation, at a superb rate and we were even lucky enough to be upgraded. Huge thanks to Savi and the team!

We’ve booked all our staycations with Blue Sky throughout our 1 year in Singapore, and honestly we’ve had the best experience! Chervin (our lovely agent) was very pleasant, super helpful and really made each staycation extra special with perks, late checkouts and much more. Highly recommended!

I book everything through Blue Sky Escapes- they have the best people (Savi!), rates, and perks (late check out/early check in, room upgrades etc).

Have to re-emphasise that Blue Sky has the best customer service (Savi is truly fantastic) and this sets them apart from their peers.

Amazing, wonderful and very enriching! Our tour guide, Mr Remy is very friendly and patient w our questions. He is very knowledgeable too as he shared w us the heritage of the kampong. He is very helpful as he offered us the umbrellas due to the rain on our way back to the starting point. The tour brought us back to our kampong days and we loved it! My niece found the tour very educational as she had never experienced kampong life in SG and learned the different types of plants there as well. What she remembers most is how humble, generous and down-to-earth Ms Sng is and now understands more about the kampong spirit. Thank you BlueSkyExperience! We definitely recommend this tour to our family and friends.

One day, I happened to chance upon BSE on Instagram and happened to see that they were having a 12.12 flash sale for Raffles Hotel. I knew I had to seize it as it was somewhere I had always wanted to visit especially after telling my husband that it’ll be meaningful to go for a staycation where we could learn about the hotel’s (and Singapore’s) history now that we cannot travel overseas.

Soon, Chervin got in touch with us and the whole booking process was seamless. He was prompt in replying and updating us about the latest news for our staycation. He also secured a double room upgrade for us which was a pleasant surprise! Through BSE, we also received credits at the Raffles Boutique where we purchased gifts for our family at a discount.

All in all, we absolutely enjoyed our stay at Raffles Hotel. Thank you, BSE, for making this stay such a memorable one for us!
