Bought tickets online for Mosteiro dos Jeronimos: never got the mail with the tickets, had to buy new ones at the mosteiro. Sent an email immediately: no refund as they pretend I used their tickets on the spot which isn't true. That's complete theft! They refuse to refund.

Absolute thieves. I booked tickets for Quinta da Regaleira without realizing my travel companion had already booked tickets for an earlier time slot. I contacted the company within the hour, which was several hours before the ticket entrance time, to request a cancellation and refund but was denied the basic courtesy. This is outright theft. This company engages in fraudulent business practices and should be avoided at all costs.
Wrong ticket date issued
I am a solo budget traveller and booked only two tickets for sights in Sintra.
Due to an error in the blue ticket system, my ticket was issued for the day before , not the daye I requested. I did not realize this until I arrived at the site and the ticket had expired. I needed to pay twice to see a sight, and then not the complete sight due to sold out tickets. I emailed to get a refund due to this company error and was told MEO never gives refunds. Disappointing customer service in every way. Do not use them.
Scam
I bought a ticket for Quinta da regaleira, but the site was closed on the day I was supposed to visit. They only made us aware after the time of the reservation and did not give a full refund. It is borderline a scam.
Wouldn’t recommend this network
Wouldn’t recommend this network. I bought tickets for a sightseeing spot — they told me it was open, but just 30 minutes later it closed. They refunded the ticket price, but still deducted €1.20 for the “blue ticket service.” So in the end, I paid for their mistake. Very disappointing experience.
THEFT…
This company should be called THEFT CORPORATION! We booked tickets with to visit Initiation Well - THE QUINTA DA REGALEIRA on August 18th 2025 but due to the hot weather and the risk of fire, all entries were affected and we were informed by email! All other companies we booked tickets with them informed us and managed an automatic refund without us asking apart from MEO BLUETICKETS! They asked us to contact them and we they refunded us, they did not refund all the money because they kept their commission! When we told them why and how come, they justified it by using the excuse of shipping and staff provided which all of it was done automatically and no shipping was made or staff was involved in the process to deal with us! Crooks at their best!
Use “ tiqets “instead, best service you can find around, quickly and honest! And they will deal with cancellation or issues automatically!

Be carefull when booking…the website can close after payment and if you restart you will pay again while the 1st payment has worked…mail can arrive in your spam…I paid twice and they refused to reimburse…very surprised and disappointed…
Do not trust them
We recieved 5 electronic Tickets from them for entry into Quinta da Regaleira in Sintra. 2 of them did not work and the checking agent said that it's been used previously. They very subtly attach a disclaimer to the ticket that says MEO Blueticket will not be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from the duplication of the ticket, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to holders of duplicated tickets.
So two of us after standing in a 30 minute line to enter were denied entry.. We had to send the rest of the family on and sit out. These people are seasoned crooks... Do not use them ever.

what an absolute joke of a platform
what an absolute joke of a platform. we have been trying to by tickets for the bad bunny show in Lisbon and the webpage just referred, and referred, and referred countless times to error pages and then you would loose you place in the line to buy. and straight back to the beginning. This, for two whole straight days. Countless hours for nothing. An absolute waste of time. Without letting people know if the physical shops or partners would have tickets to sell. Guess what? Couldn't manage the traffic over the webpage and all went to absolute garbage, to not use a more fitting expression to it. Just do better. You guys make enough money as a MEO branch to provide at least a DECENT service. Not a good one, a decent one. I truly hope, that artists start to make better decisions and not do business with platforms that don't care the minimum for fans and clients.
completely outdated system that breaks under pressure
completely outdated system. the queueing system is terrible, (i.e. you get a new ID every time you refresh the page) and even if you get to the ticket sale page, chances are the server is overloaded and returning 500 errors. if you need to do some changes to your account, forget it, the PIN code they send you via email or SMS will arrive hours later. It's almost as if it has not been maintained for a decade and that they don't scale up or stress test the system when anticipating a high traffic event.

The payment was processed and debited, but I never received the ticket. After complaining, they claimed the payment was "aborted" and only refunded the money after my complaint. When they suggested I buy another ticket, everything was already sold out.
A complete failure on Blueticket’s part, with no fair solution. They don’t even respond to complaints. Totally unreliable service!
Blueticket event booking debacle
As a client I logged on to Blueticket at 08.45 this morning to purchase tickets for the Kendrick Lamar event on 27th July and four hours later I am still waiting to get access after a series of glitches. When I finally got a fleeting access (immediately rejected) to the platform I saw at 12.45 that its entirely sold out except for VIP.
This is typical of a company that is accustomed to operate as a duopolist with no client centricity. For certain I will cancel all my MEO contracts (triple play and energy) at the earliest opportunity.

Awful!!! READ THE REVIEWS BELOW! I wish I had checked here first. Avoid at all costs. Customer service is shocking. Booked tickets by accident and contacted to cancel and get a refund, within an hour of purchase. Refused. Not good business practice.
Minus 1star for Blueticket
Minus 1star should exist for companies such as this one. They do not deserve any star at all...
We started to book on their site 2 seniors and 2 children tickets for the Lisbon zoo. We had a hard time implementing this booking due to their system or the network. We tried several times but the response didn't come through. At some point, my husband saw that the payment had been debited from his bank account and the details popped up on his phone. The tickets, though, never made it to his mail or mine. We were so naive that we figured out the tickets might be waiting for us at the zoo! But no.... We had to pay a second time on D-Day in order not to disappoint our grand-children as the zoo didn't receive anything from Blueticket.
On Nov. 04th, my husband sent his first mail to Blueticket. We even went to one of their office boxes in Lisbon, but guess: it was closed... Since then, Blueticket has been "playing with us ping-pong" with mails, always finding excuses why they do not honor their debt to us.
Do yourselves a favor: DO NOT book any ticket of any kind with this company!
Had a terrible experience with their service
Had a terrible experience when purchasing tickets for Castelo de São Jorge in Lisbon. The tickets only arrived in my inbox after 4 hours and as many emails to the customer service team after being told they would be sent within 15 minutes of purchase. Our trip was time sensitive and so they offered a refund then didn’t honour it. I now have 4 tickets that I’m told can use up until the end of the year, needless to say I won’t be flying to Portugal any time soon to use them. I would be careful if dealing with this company to allow for delays in receiving your tickets and plan ahead. Delays will be sure to happen - after speaking with others on the day of purchase they all experienced the same issues.

Ordered 6 tickets to view an operatic performance at Olho Marina.
The ticketing highlighted a location pin to find the location of the event.
Upon opening the location marker it indicated the event was to be held in a filed.
This I queried several times with meo who referred me back to the ticket marker.
Upon the day of the event satisfied with the assurance of emo that the pin was right, I attended the site.
Along with a large number of other people the venue was not where it had been indicated on the ticket, but approximately 1.5 km away.
The event was delayed from a 9pm start to 9.20pm obviously because of the total confusion of the location for people not local to the area.
A 90 minutes concert finished after 1 hour.
This is a dreadful company we won't be buying from again.
I will be seeking a refund.
