No updates. No customer service
No communication whatsoever. We thought to buy directly from them instead of resorting on Amazon to support the business - wrong decision. We only received the confirmation order (which is automatic), and we still don’t know when we will receive our purchase. We sent three emails (no response), their customer service number is not active. We’re lost for words. So much endorsement on YouTube from so called influencers and literally zero care for your paying customers!
UPDATE: the item arrived within the time stated on the website, in perfect conditions and exactly what we ordered. However, no communication nor updates received at any point from the seller.

Scammers
Scammers ! deliberately not sending all of your order and then ignoring you. They look legit under the Bluetti website but the company is actually AC POWER TECHNOLOGY LTD. I’ve reported them to the police and if I don’t get a refund through PayPal I will take them to the small claims court. Avoid !

Terrible Customer Service
Products took long time to arrive, the panels ordered with the power station were not in stock, they don’t bother to tell you that and if you inquire they don’t bother to reply to your email for weeks! Zero customer service for 2.600€ product! Shameful!
Also by now I know if anything goes wrong with the product I’m on my own…

Fraud and thievery!
Bluetti sent part of the order fine. The other part, a box arrived that was too small to contain a power station, it was supposed to contain 36kg but UPS delivery driver was able to hand over with 1 hand, which I have on video. The box did not contain the ordered power station but cheap phone accessories that the company doesn’t even sell. So either the company is committing fraud or they have an employee that stole the power station. Bluetti is claiming they delivered the power station despite the box being too small. I would advise you don’t buy from them!
