we now have 5 Bluetti batteries all different power output which works to move around the house when the power goes off, sometimes for days here in the countryside. Also have the car charger which again excellent for re-charge in the winter. Not cheap but very high quality with permutations for all power requirements.

I’m using PowerOak and Bluetti products for more than 7 years, and have recommended them to many friends and people who have asked me for advice. They are relatively good, well featured and designed and served me well for many summers. Not everything was perfect all the time, but they do job. Now I got a new Elite 200 and looking forward to arrive and give it a run through the upcoming summer.

The service in the chat was very good, very enlightening, all the information I asked for was provided correctly and, in addition, who attended me was especially patient because I had to consult instruction manuals etc. of appliances to provide data to receive correct information. Purchased a Bluetti AC50B which advertised it would charge from the cigarette lighter port of a car - appropriate cable included in purchase. However, it does NOT charge. Relied on this during power outage. Absolutley uselees brick. Contacted support twice - both enquiries ignored. NO AFTER SALES SUPPORT. I will be taking them to small claims for a full refund for advertising and selling faulty products. Buyer beware!

Updated: Bluetti replaced my unit. Changing to 5 stars.
