The power unit works great, (also an expresso machine), and when i’ve got a small issue with cold starting the BMS, the fast answer of the aftersales man was marvelous, and if i’ve solved my issue by my own, i’ll recommend this brand !

I had a problem with the delivery of one of my parcels. As the status was unclear I was a bit anxious and contacted the support. The problem was quickly solved by the responsive Bluetti support (Wendy) in a very professional manner.

Yes I had a problem with the screen on AC 200 Max … it did not react to my touch when I wanted to activate DC or AC … Kris from BLUETTI sent me a Linc to update the software … worked perfectly … happy to have a team behind me to help

I had a unit go missing in transit or so I thought, a helpful neighbour had taken it in after the delivery driver left it outside my gate! Bluetti were quick to react and investigate and in my view kept in contact. Great customer service!
But, all is not clear, the unit (ac180) was available cheaper if you signed up as a member which I had, but didn't get the membership discount, had to ask for it. A campaign they were running said a free gift with purchase, was later told that there was a minimum spend which wasn't advertised. I have been awarded "bluetti points" (ohhh thanks) but I've no intention of buying another Bluetti product, there is one product I'm interested in but its overpriced for what it is.

I have bought a Bluetti product for all my family. Since I live in Ukraine I really can tell you that Bluetti products are great to cope with all types of blackout.

What can I say from beginning to end great service given.ordered a BLUETTI ac180 for my little caravan. I first thought what a lot of money it was and was it worth it?? Yes is all I can say!!! Great delivery and just when they said it would arrive. Solar panel arrived at a later date and thank you for the free extension.
Tried the item and well worth it. The price went down a couple for days later and they said they would refund the difference. Emailed the company and didn’t expect much but no sooner had I emailed they replied with the refund. The only down side would have been nice if it came with something like a bag or dust bag.

I bought a powerstation last year to use in a campervan conversion. I had a number of questions re attaching a suitable solar panel and various other components .

I emailed them truthfully in hope rather than expectation and I was totally wrong .

Bluetti replied almost immediately and provided great advice re installation even tho my panels were 3rd party panels .

I am a big fan of their products, easy to use and in a price that is fair. Bought with a discount, the discount was lowered two weeks later due to Black Friday, and they refunded me the price difference when I reached out to them about this. Great service and fast delivery.
