1 star is too complimentary for this company. I ordered two sets of flowers on the English website for delivery in the Netherlands. Both orders were not delivered on time because the town was written in English and not Dutch. The flowers were delivered days later. If you are advertising on an English website, you should be able to comprehend a town in English (The Hague instead of Den Haag). Customer service is very poor. I would not recommend this company.

I ordered a bouquet for my mom’s birthday, I am not physically there, so I wanted to make a surprise. The flowers were delivered 3 days later than it was supposed to, and of course, they didn’t look good after several days just sitting somewhere during delivery. Customer service was not supportive asking me to send photos of the bouquet from different angles, I sent them pictures that I got from my mom on the first day of delivery. They weren’t happy with them, apparently not the right angle or something. I was very disappointed and unsatisfied. Please, save your time and money and avoid this company. It’s not worth it.

I dont recommend this company. They made the receiver go to thw post office to pick up the flowrs while they charge you for the delivery at the home address (which does not look anything like the picture).

They accepted the order to deliver the flowers to a church, but on the day of delivery said that it cannot be delivered. As if no delivery to a church is possible in Germany. The flowers were left at some kind of pick up point. I live in another country and have no friends to pick them up.
They refuse to return my money either. Terrible service

Cheap Flowers priced expensively
The assortment of bouquets is decently varied but nearly every bouquet gets stuffed with cheap filler flowers like Gerberas and then upcharged bc of one "expensive" flower like Lilies. And the other options are to just buy the expensive flowers by itself which isn't what people want when they search for bouquets.
I know flowers have their price as someone who works with them, but certainly not when the cheap filler flowers take away entirely from the main star.
Its all just to be able to upcharge people bc the bouquet looks "fuller".
Also the delivery is nearly always lae by at least a day. Do not even try having it delivered on a saturday, you will surely receive it on Monday the next week.

Scammers
Do not use this company. Birthday flowers did not turn up. They took my money and the flowers did not get delivered. They dont care. Left an automated message. Its a scam. Don't risk ruining the special occasion.

Terrible service. The flowers never arrived and the company blumenshop did not want to help at all. It was very sad because it was for a birthday and they never turned up. All I got was an automated message exactly like the other review. They didnt care but took my money and ruined the birthday. Don't use this florist. Don't risk it.

Worst place to order flowers for your loved ones. I placed an fresh flower order for a loved ones birthday and provided the exact location and contact number to reach out. DHL kept showing it will be delivered by 1pm, then they moved to 3 pm, then 5 pm and evening they updated couldnt deliver. when they could have just called the person and ask for location inspite of providing current location. People are sending gifts for their special days and if you cant deliver on time please dont be in this business.

Poor service-late delivery
I was most disappointed by Blumenshop.de. I ordered flowers almost three weeks prior to the date I wanted them delivered. I then get a notice that they will be delivered a day late. I did not realize you have to pay 6 euros extra for good service. What a rip-off will not use them ever again.

bad customer service, no action after phone call, 1 day late delivery ! don't spend your money here if you want your surprise delivered at the correct date - even with 5 day lead and acceptance of delivery date , they still managed to mess this up and the flowers cam 1 day too late .

Do not use
Do not use. They will charge you for express delivery, have DHL reroute to shop without even trying to deliver, even if you give permission to place the flowers at doorstep. Nothing but trouble and customer service enjoys being rude about it. Sending flowers to loved ones should not be a harrowing experience. Paypal sent me back my money based on the e-mail exchange, luckily.

Warning, DHL do not deliver they will just cancel delivery so you have to collect from the closest post office. No option for refund and not able to collect until the following day.

Terrible customer service
I ordered flowers for a condolence, paid extra for Saturday delivery with DPD, and gave the correct address later when the delivery failed. The courier never called, the company ignored my update, and customer service was unhelpful. They refused a refund and admitted freshness is not guaranteed. A complete disaster — unprofessional, careless, and zero responsibility. Do not trust them for important occasions.

The flowers were not delivered
The flowers were not delivered to the recipient for a wedding. I sent an email to enquire and just received an automatic response. I later then sent another email and was advised that the courier had not been able to deliver the flowers and was not able to leave any information to the recipient. So I should arrange for the recipient to go and pick up the flowers. As this was 10 days later I explained that this was not a very good idea. I then received another email with the link to track the package. I responded to say that this would not resolve the situation, to which I received another email with exactly the same script as the first email I received. I find that Blumenshop have a strange concept of client service and will not be using them again.
