The flowers were received dead

The flowers were received dead - apparently the warranty of this scam shop expires upon delivery, so it doesn't matter that the flowers stayed for 3 days in a hot van and that if you pay 50 euros you don't have a guarantee that the flowers are dead or alive, they could not care less. Do yourself a favour and support your local flower shops, never again will I buy from them.

Delivery cannot be trusted

Not acceptable that when the recipient is away on delivery 1/there is no second passage 2/ recipient is not informed that the flowers are awaiting them somewhere.
Instead, the sender is supposed to manage that part of the process and told that "you should have followed up since you have access to all information"
I will definitely not buy again nore recommend

Service perfect from start to finish

Service perfect from start to finish. I'm in Ireland and wanted to purchase an affordable bunch of flowers for a friend in Wuppertal and send a nice gift card. Blumenshop not only had a good price range but lovely presentable flowers and not skimping on the amount. My 90 year old friend loved them and I was happy when she sent me a photo of the lovely bunch. Well done and thankyou to you all.

Totally unreliable in terms of stated…

Totally unreliable in terms of stated delivery time/ place. And when you contact their customer service you get told it is not their fault, it is your fault. I ordered on Wednesday for delivery on Saturday, but my flowers didn’t arrive at their destination until Monday.. What is the point of a beautiful bouquet if it arrives too late for the occasion you have bought it for, and is moreover dead by the time your recipient gets it? Extremely disappointing service.

Unbelievable bad and insensitive customer service

Unbelievable bad customer service and insensitivy. I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my mother. Unfortunately, she unexpectedly passed away the day before delivery. So I immediately contacted them for the flowers to not be delivered. I never asked for a refund, it was just to stop the flowers. Got a standard reply it was too late. Since then had another very rude email reminding me that they explicitly insist on cancellation 1-2 days before ..... All I wanted them to try. So judge for yourself how bad this is.

Smelly unfresh and late Delivery of Easter Flowers

I ordered flowers to be delivered on 05 April. They were sent out on 01 April or bagged up and sitting in a box and delivered on 06 April, they were not fresh and were smelling so badly they had to be thrown out.
previously i also ordered from these people and thought the flowers were ok but in light of this experience the recipient told me the previous order was totally rubbish too.
I would recommend to AVOID at all cost. The customer service team is a disaster and dont acknowledge anything at all

Stay away from this shop if you want delivery on specific day.

I wish I read reviews here before I placed an order. I ordered two bouquets of flowers to be delivered to the same address on the March 8th. Paid for their express shipping which allegedly guarantee delivery on requested day. I placed order 5 days in advance. Guess what? They sent me two tracking numbers on the March 4th, and none of those was showing any movements on the March 8th. I sent two email trying to clarify the status of delivery. No response. After a call gentleman on the phone sounded pretty annoyed and assured that flowers will be delivered by 19:00 that day and asked to be patient. Later that day finally tracking number showed movement and estimated delivery be the end of the next day. I emailed them again and told them there’s no reason to deliver those flower the next days since the people they were addressed yo gonna be gone and requested a refund. Of course total silence in response. I don’t even know what’s the appropriate word for such service? Scam? Or just sh.tty customer service.

I ordered roses for valentine’s day, but didn’t get what I ordered

I ordered roses for valentine’s day, and one of the choices I had, was with DHL Express, so I took this so the roses could be delivered on the 14. february.
The person I was sending too, was home the whole day, but nothing showed up. So I texted you at 16.50, to ask… no reply… I texted you again later, and then you had time to reply something like “please contact us between 9-17, as I did, but you didn’t reply. So she had to go pick up the roses herself at a warehouse, but no info on where… what is this kind of amatuer shop…

I would definetly not recommend!

Horrible experience - Blumenshop.de

Horrible experience, NEVER EVER I will order from this website again. The flowers my mother got are worth 5 euros max, the photo on the website doesn't match what she received. Customer service people rude and arrogant. The worst ever flower delivery experience in the world.

Not even 1 Star worth

Not even 1 Star worth. Absolutely dreadful from the item received to their customer service. Deceitful in their advertising (sizes shown deceive you into thinking it is the product when in fact the size of the pot is incl. which by the way is in some cases optional), the images shown DO NOT in any way resemble what you get (in appearance or quality)....and the customer service? You can't even call 'service' ....arrogant and appalling.
All the positive reviews must be fake.
AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

APPALLING - Never Again!

I don’t write reviews often but felt it was needed with this company.
I am also writing it in English even though most of their customers will be German. However, my German isn’t quite up to the standard required for this review and probably most Germans will be able to understand it anyway.

I recently ordered some flowers via their website from England for my partner in Hannover as we could not be together for our anniversary.

The day of the anniversary was a Saturday 22.October, so I made sure I ordered them in good time on the Tuesday the 18th October i.e. 4 days before.

I selected the ‘Standard Delivery’ option which they state could take “1-2 working days” for delivery. So still in good time. I thought.

I then received an email late on Friday afternoon from them, to say that they had just dispatched the flowers to the delivery courier.

You can obviously see where this is going to end up now, right?

So, Saturday and Sunday are not classified as “working days”, therefore my Partner’s received them on Tuesday 25th October. You can obviously also imagine the state and condition of the flowers after they have spent from Friday to Tuesday in transit with DHL ? Useless!!!

When I contacted them about this they said it was my fault “because I selected ‘Standard Delivery’” and that “they only send flowers out the day before the delivery the date, no matter how much time in advance is given…to ensure they arrive in a good state”. What a joke!

If they know flowers, bought for delivery on a Saturday, are only going to be given to the courier for delivery on the Friday, but they then KNOW ‘Standard Delivery’ will take 1-2 days, they KNOW that flowers CANNOT arrive on the Saturday! They KNOW that the flowers cannot arrive before Monday or Tuesday (i.e. 2-3 days late) and hence in bad condition!

That being the case, they should NOT offer ‘Standard Delivery’ for flowers which people have booked to arrive on a Saturday! It is completely misleading selling.

When I pointed out the folly of their own system- and I cannot be the only person this has happened to- I was met with a wall of silence. Not an acknowledgement, let alone an actual apology or offer of recompense!

I have previously used other online German flower delivery companies many times and there has never, ever been any issues or problems. This is the first (and last) time that I have used Blumenshop.de

You have been warned!

Regret

Definitely find another place if you want to make a nice surprise, otherwise it is very possible that you will regret with this company. The photos they show on their website are very different from the ones they send, and the customer services accuse you of having an eye disorder, because they don't see the difference between the two photos!

It was very unpleasant experience

It was very unpleasant experience. My flower didn't go on desired day or later. They didn't reply clearly what was happening. They didn't give my money back either. They offered me voucher or replacement in the end only. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
