Let me start with the birch sheet mask!
So hydrating, and full of hyaluronic acid, mine and my friends skin was glowing, after performing a facial.

Highly recommend! Easy and quick, got my package in good time. Not sure if this is because I am a first time customer with them, but with my order (some sunscreen) I also received a thank you note, a herbal tea, a cute sticker, like for your laptop, and some little cream testers. I loved this, not sure if it would happen again; but I’m definitely going to be buying more from them as, to me, that was a good show of customer care and just going that extra mile with a lil’ personal touch :)

I received my order beautifully packaged with free samples inside and a lovely note.
One of the items I had ordered had been accidentally replaced with a different one and I contacted customer service to let them know.
I had the absolute pleasure of speaking to a representative called Bianca who was the most wonderfully kind and helpful person.
Not only did they respond so quickly but they’ve allowed me to keep the mistaken product and are in the process of sending the correct one out to me now.

Impressed with the shop. The delivery of my recent order was very speedy; the store missed one of the items I ordered, but when I contacted them, they responded immediately and posted the missing item very quickly. They even enclosed a lovely sheet mask an an apology! Simply excellent customer service, I am sure I’ll be buying again.

I made quite a large order over the weekend, and it arrived a couple of days later. The parcel was beautifully packed, and it was immediately obvious that great care was taken. They were also very generous with complimentary samples! They have definitely earned a loyal customer in me.

I was looking for the Romand eyeshadow palette and couldn’t find any other online sellers that shipped to the UK without excessively long shipping times or suspicious looking websites. I found Unblemish and was a little skeptical since I usually like to stick to well-known brands or high street shops since so many scam shops have been popping up online, but I saw all the good reviews and the palette was such a good deal that I figured it was worth the risk. I’m so happy with the whole experience. I got an order confirmation email right away, was updated about processing and shipping, and my order arrived today. It came in perfect condition (there was bubble wrap and tissue inside the cardboard box to prevent damage) and they included a bunch of free samples as well as the cutest little sticker! Very very pleased, will definitely be ordering from here again!! :)

I’ve spent almost the last decade buying and using Asian Beauty skincare, and Unblemished has been the absolute best provider.

Competitively priced, and stocked reasonably well. The product list isnt overwhelming, and the website layout is clear and concise.

The added bonus for me is the pure personalised attention to-detail, such as generous samples that actually reflect your purchase and aren’t just randomly thrown in.

I seldom leave reviews, and this is a pure unbiased review. I cannot give award anything other than five stars, as Unblemished absolutely deserves it. A truly thoughtful team run this business, and when I received my order I was touched. Speedy delivery, packaged nicely, samples were something I actually had considered in the future and definitely complemented my order. Products were genuine and the stock list is great.

The packaging is so nicely done, they put a cute little sticker, teabag, and note in there - really nice. I was wary having never used them before but delivery was quick, got updates on shipping, and they were competitively priced for the k-beauty products. Overall very happy with their service and will definitely use again. No concerns.
