As I cannot get any help from the fraudulent company Black Ldn, I leave this review here to beware others and as my only resort. A product I ordered in May 2021, paid in full for and was promised delivery within 15-20 days, never arrived. Despite repeated emails to Black Ldn (over 7) requesting update on my order’s shipping status initially and later repeatedly asking for a refund since they took my money without sending me the product I had paid for, I never got any support from the company or any of its staff. They steal money and send an automated reply that says “Hi, Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry for the delay. I will follow up on your refund to our Accounting.
Thanks, Customer Support”, without ever actually doing anything about it. No company information, no names, no support to remote customers - sketchy online website all around. No one followed up, no one got back to me, I received no refund nor my product. Every single time my email was met with that exact same reply. They are nothing but fraudsters with appalling customer service and delivery services. They deserve to be black listed. I have no idea how celebs can endorse a fraudulent company like Black Ldn.

Ordered several months ago and never received my order. They keep saying that they are going to issue a refund but then problems arise along the way. Don’t order from this company!! You will not get your order nor your refund! They’re a scamming company! Absolutely disgusting experience!

Worst service possible never ever received my order, was placed on 12th May. I remember seeing an email on the same day saying the order was on the way, I knew it was too good to be true. Months later still haven’t received it and I’ve contacted for a refund so many times and now i’m getting no reply via email. Will have to get lawyers involved for fraud really wasting peoples time.

Outrageous that this company is still operating and robbing customers. This has been reported to the relevant organisation and they are in the process of investigating

Please do leave your comments in relation with your experience with this company. Ignore the one star I have given as I would not even give them a -10 rate.

I am still waiting for a full refund on an item that was never received or shipped out. They have now replied by saying the accounting department will be dealing with this. For god sake it's a refund not a million pound deal.

I will wait for response from the company until the end of this week.

Hasn’t even been shipped out to me yet , asked a refund a month later.. guess what no refund has been paid to me either after a numerous amount of emails still no refund till date. Keep saying we have sent this to our accounting department but still no refund. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY YOU PROB WONT RECEIVE UR ITEMS OR A REFUND. THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY WHO LIKE TO TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND NOT SEND THEIR ITEMS THATS WE ORDERED.

I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. Ordered start of August based in an influences recommendation. Didn't arrive. Got told they didn't know when they would have in stock. Requested refund. 3 months later I'm still chasing refund and being fobbed off with "request for refund will be followed up with accounts". Same line each time. The most unethical business I've come across. It's disgusting. Don't trust them even if an influencer recommends them because the influencers won't know about the disgusting service and the scam.

I would rate less if i could. This company are a joke. I ordered on 5th July after seeing several bloggers rave about it. I didn't receive my order so i got in touch with them on 6th August. They apologised for the delay and said it hasn't been shipped yet due to some reason so they offered me a 25% refund if i wait. They then told me i will receive my order within the next 3-4 weeks. I waited and contacted again on 24th September. They told me they still haven't shipped and will send me a tracking number when they do. They could not give me a date when. At this point, i said i want to cancel my order and get a refund. They agreed this on 26th September. I contacted again on Oct 5th as I still had not received. They said to allow 10-15 days so i waited. Still no refund. I contacted again on 18th Oct and was told it's with accounting team. I have sent several emails since and they have just been ignoring me. Last email sent was on 28th Oct. I would not recommend them to anyone. Complete and utter fraud. Blatant scammers. They need to be shut down based on all the similar reviews about non receipt of order. Shame on them.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Complete liars and cheaters. Won’t send you your product or issue a refund. They will pretend to be nice but just want to steal your hard earned money.

Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I’ve also tried to warn other people and posted on their social media. If this has happened to you please do the same.

The worse thieving company I have ever come across. I ordered a product on 7th august and requested a refund in September for no delivery. Till date still waiting for this refund which I keep getting told is being processed…

Would never buy again from this company and will be taking it further with trading standards

Dont really want to give a star to this company it's a joke. Scammers . I ordered my product in june still not received it. After emailing them keep being told it's a shipping issue etc and how sorry they are.(dont think so)
I have asked for a refund last week and not had a response from them emailed them again today.
Please please do not order from this company.

Possibly the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. Their reviews on here says it all.

Thieves who are eager to take your money, and provide no products in return. They also keep promising a refund probably with the hope you forget about it.

No ethics, principles or customer care.

Really hope this company gets closed down soon, it’s onto a matter of time!

As with several others who have recently posted here also, I bought a product in July and have not received it, I have emailed, sent Facebook messages, sent Instagram messages, it’s the same BS from all the replies, problem with staff, blamed the couriers, etc etc. Still no refund.

4 months on, no refund, just crap excuses!

This place is a scam. I ordered a product from them back in June and it is now October. No product has been received and after many times of asking for a refund as it been way too long now. I am being told that their accounts Team is sparce. Absolutely disgraceful that a company runs this way. I will be taking this further and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not even give them a 1 star, ordered back in august and there was an issue with the shipping .i was then told i would get a refund after me chasing them continously. We are in october and still no refund. I would not recommend this company. SCAM!

Update still going back and forth with them with excuses after excuses about getting my refund. faryal makhdoom posted on her snapchat regarding customer orders ie refunds. I contacted her with all the proof going back and forth with this company. She contacted them to refund me asap, which there replied again refund 7-10 days.after 7 days no refund was received,which there were contacted again alongside faryal, someone did call me and there did issue a refund on the same day. I would not recommend this company,there would have got away with it if faryal did not contact them.
If anyone is having same problems contact faryal makhdoom with proof of purchase.unfortunately i am unable to add the email address. Her email address is on instagram.

This company just wants to keep your money absolutely disgusted by thier lack of understanding and customer service i have reported them and will be chasing my money back through the banks do not trust them honestly don’t know how they have got away with this if u can’t deliver a product why keep selling it online just taking as much money as they can from people am shocked how poor the service is never purchase from them again

If possible i wouldnt even give the 1 star. This company is a scam. I placed my order in june and its been 4 months chasing my order and been a month chasing my full refund. Do not purchase from this company if it is even a company. Doubt it very mich as they are so unprofessional.

The worst experience! They deserve zero star. I ordered this laser 4 months ago. I haven’t received the item nor have I been refund. I have tried to contact them several times now and they keep saying sorry we will look into it. They are thief

It is not even worth 1 star. I bought an item and it said delivery 3-8 days. I contacted them and they said there was a delay so offered me a discount ( I never got this). I waited and waited for the product and didn’t get it. Eventually I asked for a refund and I was told it was with their accounts dept. 3 months later no refund and definitely no item. Such an appalling service. I will be taking further action as there is no reason for a delay in a refund when I haven’t received the item.
