I will be lodging a formal complaint when I get home. I chose to use BMC insurance thinking it would be great cover for my upcoming wild trek in Iceland. How wrong could I be? They use a company called International Healthcare healing who have terrible reviews. I fell, fractured a rib and am still waiting to know whether they will cover me. They sent a WORD DOCUMENT. How can I print and complete a word document in Iceland? I've had to pay for everything myself so far and they don't respond to emails.
This is appalling given I need urgent assistance and asked for it. What is insurance for if they actually dont insure you ? Terrible

Not received any documents.I had to correct everything by myself and explaining to them what they did wrong.Sending everything properly as asked and still not getting what I had applied for.i had received application for rejection in account of their misunderstanding and filing wrong forms and not clearing things up before filing.
Never trust this. I even send to file for again and to this date not received a single word.

Good support provided.
