If you are thinking of getting flowers…

If you are thinking of getting flowers from B & M flowers don't I paid an extra tenner for the hyacinth and tulip bouquet it was awful I complained sent photos but they just basically said sod off there was nothing wrong with them it's absolutely disgusting I would of given them minus stars if I could of 🤬

I have purchased previously from here…

I have purchased previously from here and have been very happy with no problems until now. I ordered 2 weeks in advance to be delivered for Mothers day, paid extra for large bouquet and was very disappointed. Size of bouquet not large at all and quality of flowers very bad. Customer service response was very quick and they have offered me partial refund but it doesnt cover the cost of the half dead flowers or the actual size I requested. I am not sure I will use them again as I want my flowers to be delivered fresh and the actual size I requested.

Don't waste your money.

Don't waste your money.

Ordered for mothers day - wilted flowers delivered as we suspect were kept in a storage area that was too cold. Response to photos of tulips so floppy they hang off the vase onto the table was "After showing the florist manager the photographs that you have provided us with they have advised that they cannot see any evident quality issue" don't waste your time or money.

Order #bm_86553 large bouquet *I wish*

I purchased the large Alstro I was sent 10 flowers all half dead today one day after they arrived. They admitted they sent the wrong size and are trying to make me accept a £5 refund when I paid over £30. I bought these in good faith and won't be buying from them again. The pictures on the website are false advertising the help is as helpful as a chocolate teapot and the phone is constantly engaged. AVOID

AWFUL Ordered peachy elegance bouquet but…

Ordered the peachy elegance bouquet but paid for the large size. £29.99. My friend sent a picture when she got them and they were awful. The bouquet must have been put together by a 4 year old as the colour spacing was terrible.
Worse still the quantity and colour match was not the correct peach colours with dark purple lisianthus included. I am embarrassed about what they got. Customer service requested pictures which I sent but they thought there was nothing wrong. I challenged back so they offered a £15 voucher towards next purchase.... No thanks,!
Will never use again.
I was hoping to be able to add the photos to review but don't think I can.

B&M DIDNT DELIVER OF SPECIFIED DATE

Ordered flowers for an old lady in a nursing home. It said they would be delivered on the 24th. They were not delivered until 27th. I have been in contact with them but they dont want to know. I have an email with the delivery date on it. Under consumer protection laws you are entitled to a full refund if they don't deliver on the specified date. There was nothing to say they would not be delivered on the date specified. Had i of been informed of the 27th I would not have ordered them. B&M DONT WANT TO KNOW PLEASE AVOID AND READ ALL THE REVIEWS

DO NOT USE.
Flowers cost me £30 out of a total order cost of £40 with chocolates and thankyou card. Honestly, you can buy a larger and MUCH nicer bunch of flowers at your local petrol station for £5. I used this online service as I am housebound post operation and I now wish I had crawled the 1 mile each way to my local petrol station, my wife was visibly upset with the pathetic half dead scraggy effort she received. DO NOT USE !

The absolute worst experience I've had…

The absolute worst experience I've had with any company. Their choice of delivery system made a mistake and they completely refused to take any responsibility for the mistake. Leaving flowers wilting for days at the post office sorting house and obviously not arriving anywhere near on time.

Paid for next day delivery for a birthday gift -
Postman came to collect a parcel and not deliver the parcel - contacted B&M flowers and advised to wait until 7:30pm, obviously wasn’t coming but no action of the company such as contacting the courier. I asked to cancel before delivery as I knew the flowers would arrive too late the to be of any use as the receiver is now on holiday for 2 weeks - generic copy and paste policy response - after pushing for a solution and stating to simply leave a review they have offered me a £3 credit for my next day delivery, not refund … credit to a company I will never use again .. I’d rather leave this review than accept - waste of money

Delayed delivery, dead plant

Delayed delivery, dead plant, and a don't care attitude from the "customer care" team. We were let down on Mothers' Day, too, and given a voucher, so we thought we'd give them another chance - never again. We've already told them we won't use them again, and their offer of a "resolution" is another £10 voucher. Absolutely disgusting treatment from start to finish.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service, ordered flowers and paid for tracked next day delivery. 36hrs later still not delivered. Customer services said not their problem and to take it up with my card provider!! Refused to refund or send a replacement. Total RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Poor quality, not as described

Ordered a medium sized bunch, was sent the smaller one, which didn't look anything like the photos, I emailed to complain, they did admit the smaller bunch was sent, and offered me a £5 credit on next purchase
I stressed this wasn't acceptable as I would never order flowers from them ever again
For the price, these flowers are poor value.
Do not order from these, or prestige flowers who they use

Flowers look cheap and very small

Flowers look cheap and very small, look absolutely nothing like the advertisement and no greeting card went with it. What did I even pay for? Very disappointing. Wish I could post pictures so people could see what I mean.

Flowers didn't arrive for Mum's 70th

I ordered flowers for my Mum's 70th and added £8.99 next day delivery charge to ensure they arrived on time. They did not arrive, and have still not arrived. I called customer services 9 times on the first day and 3 times the second day - no one answered. I tried an on-line chat and was fobbed off with pre-set answers. They infuriatingly said as a 'gesture of goodwill' they would refund the £8.99 next day delivery charge. Eventually got to 'speak' to a manager for eventually agreed to refund full amount.. but will it actually happen? Big disappointment

Will take your money and send rubbish and won’t apologise

These are the flowers my 89 mother got
As you can see they are so poor 7 flowers arrived nothing g like the picture they advertised what’s worse customer service was appalling would not replace said you can have a credit to next next bunch I’m so disappointed and please don’t use them at all it’s the only way they improve told me to claim on my card how rude stay well clear Not nice on Mother’s Day
