Ordered flowers for mother's day to say I’m disappointed is a understatement I would say what was delivered would be £3 at most
My mum is poorly and definitely didn’t cheer her up
Offered me £10 to spend online what a joke more crap flowers

If this is large what is standard???

Mother’s Day flowers for my mum. Tiny!!!

Cost £29.99 plus £2.99 P&P.

I upgraded to large for an extra £10.

BnM said the bouquet “matches the correct size and is of good quality, consistent with the bouquet you purchased from our website”.

They offered £10 credit which will be of no use.

I asked to see photos of the standard and medium to compare but they said they do not have one.

Do not order your flowers from here if…

Do not order your flowers from here if you don’t want them turning up on the day you selected!!
I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday last Sunday and picked the date to be delivered on the 22nd and guess what they have not turned up!! After phoning them they give me some bullcrap story cause Iv picked free delivery the order takes 1-2 working days,
They have had 4 WORKING DAYS since I ordered to get these ready,
Customer service lady says it’s 1-2 from the delivery date I picked? How the hell does that work out? What’s the point of picking a delivery date for them not to be delivered on the date you ask for
Plus this is not mentioned at time of order. I will NEVER order from here again, a bunch of cowboys
You have been warned!!!

Avoid!!

Ordered some flowers and a balloon to be delivered to my wife on Valentine’s Day. Didn’t turn up and still hasn’t turned up at time of writing. Bm flowers has blamed Royal Mail. Not good enough as apparently I was going to get text message updates and haven’t received any of them either. There phone number wasn’t working either! Will never use again!

Disappointing…

Flowers called Freesia fields so you would expect freesia in bunch no, substituted tulips and then quoted policy and allowed to do this. I am aware can substitute but when you expect flowers test relate to title and picture . Very disappointing. Second time had issues with them so they have lost me as a customer

Awful.

I wish I could post a photograph to show how terrible these are.
Ordered for my daughter in law’s birthday and she Recieved 3 flower stems and some greenery. Honestly they look like sweepings off the floor.
£15 down the drain and I am embarrassed by what she received. Will not use again EVER.
I have contacted B and M and they are seemingly sending a replacement. Hmmm

Never ever buy from B&M flowers .bought…

Never ever buy from B&M flowers .bought for someone from them and despite paying fro next day gurented service they fail to deliver for 2 days !! The event and person it was indeed for was over . The state of flowers inside the box for 2 days with royal mail you can imagine !!upon connecting the company several time they sent me a picture of parcel left outside they 3rd day with no one to sign for it or pick up . No refund or compensation neither do any help from customer service they kept saying we deliver woth third party we sent this out on time for God sake ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE ITS DELIVER ON TIME USE BETTER SERVICE FOR DELIVERY YOU CGARGING FAILRY HIGH PRICSES THAM ANY OTHER SERVICE . AND IF YOI FAIL TO DOO SO ALTEAST COMPENSAT YOUR CUSTOMERS !!!

Ruined 80th Birthday Flowers

So devastated that you took my money and despite giving you 4 days notice you DID NOT DELIVER ANY FLOWERS to my beloved Aunt on her 80th Birthday.
We have not received any flowers.
Totally disgusted and completely let down by your appalling service.
You have refused to answer 8 email complaints
Shall be putting a very negative review on Trustpilot.
I want my money back

Fit for the bin after 3 days

Flowers delivered bore no resemblance to those advertised with shrivelled , brown and pock-marked roses . we obtained 50% refund after four emails apparently because the "florist manager" thought these were good quality ! Never again .

Dreadful Service - pay that little bit extra and get better!

Friends have had flowers delivered to us in the past and there have been extras missing, like chocolates (That were ordered). I wrongly assumed that this may have been a one off.
I ordered some flowers for a special occasion on 5 march. Confirmation email said i would receive tracking details when dispatched; so i could follow my parcel. Parcel was due today and still nothing to say its been dispatched. I emailed with my details to chase it, only to be asked for my order number and email address (Which I'd already provided) as they couldn't find my order using the email address only.
Needless to say - I'm still no wiser as to where the flowers are, or even if they've been dispatched, and i definitely wont be using them again!
