Best Memorial went ahead and not only did their catalog customization. They went and added an extra dog free of charge. This is customer service

The hats are well made and the canine designs look just like the kids. What a fun way to go.

I would give a lower star but had to settle for one. It was over a month to deliver. The cap is very flimsy, the bill feels like it is a piece of cardboard. The material does not look like the picture. It is going to be embarrassing to give it as a gift (that is what it was intended for) And it is definitely not worth the price. There are white spots on the bill that did not hold the color. All together, this is a piece of very shoddy workmanship.

Fabulous handbag and purse. I am so pleased with it! To see my beloved dogs on the bag and purse has been delightful. Everywhere I have taken it, I have had nothing but compliments, so highly recommended by me to anyone thinking of buying these.

Good product delivered in decent time for a personalized item. This company offers stock graphics but will work with special personalization if you send them a photo. I have 3 guitars and my name on a cap.

Shocking unethical company prey on people's emotions purchasing memorial gifts for lost loved ones .I never received my item was never offered any refund .no recompense at all .their items are not cheap. Its not the money its the anticipation of receiving the goods that are so special to people grieving

1 star is honestly being generous, I paid £30 for a purse that turned up with no zip tab (the bit you use to pull the zip open and closed) I reported it to Best Memorial gifts and they wanted to refund me £3

I advised this was unacceptable as the purse is unusable and should have been picked up in their quality control, so they offered me a £6 refund. A partial refund on a £30 item that is unusable due to their error is not acceptable

I was advised a replacement was "too complicated as it was time consuming" but if I would return the item they would review it and make a decision. Why would I pay out more money to your scam of a company to review an error you made and refuse to rectify

I never say this as like to give the benefit of a doubt but I would honestly avoid at all costs it's not worth the hassle for the awful customer service.
