Avoid them like the plague

They will not only low ball you on the offer but also their evaluation. Claimed to have had a value from a local estate agents at 160k, 6 different agents valued it at 185 - 215 k. So they started with an offer of 154k to get me interested only to follow up with an offer of 130k

Overall a Bad experience...@Calicut BMH

When I heard BMH I had an impression and used to refer my relatives and friends. But when I was on your floor I came to know the reality. I may never refer anyone to you esp if dey need to get admitted.
I'm also working in a hospital and I know how it's suppose to be. My mother was admitted there for more than two weeks. If I say everything this page wouldn't be enough. Consultant Dr.Manoj was gud in all the ways, approachable, well explaining and can be trusted.
Surgeon team consultation was given for constipation they didn't even do a P/R till the 15th day but did ultrasound and gastro consultation. Gastro came 2 or 3 days and did nothing, gastro effect was only at the final bill.All were adding laxatives and enemas, I still don't know how laxatives may work for a patient who didn't open bowel more than 15days. I came there just for 3 days to observe what's going on there. I had a chat with dr. and discussed about the abdominal issues and he did p/r and that issue was solved..(head nurse played an important role to make it successful). ....remember mom came for another surgery but delayed due to abdominal discomforts.

Surgery was posted on Wednesday, Tuesday evening PAC was done she checked everything and left. Early morning 7am she was taken to OT, I was called around at 11.30 to meet dr at OT, dr told surgery couldn't do as she has bradycardia( ER doctors had observed this bradicardia in emergency and taken ECG which already attached to mom's file) ecg was retaken it was same as the previous(emergency )one..cardiology consultation was done..advised holter and echo, surgery was postponed.
PAC was done the previous day with ecg taken from casualty, PAC doctor didn't ask cardiology opinion but the next day same ECG could even postpone the surgery which increased our length of stay in the hospital.

Next the nursing team..if they work with this attitude you may lose your reputation. They are not compassionate don't ve integrity and I would say don't have manners... my mom came to emergency with head injury and facial deviation, remained in the trolley more than 30 minutes, m not exaggerating it's more than 30 min, nurses were telling no attender is available now, let the attenders come to place her on bed.mom was on the trolley in the pathway...c what people they are... would they do this to their parents. .mom was crying with the agony in the trolley dey were laughing and talking in between other businesses...i would clearly say except two brothers ....My sister and younger bro were there with mom and v know the faces and some of their names too...V could move legally with all the solid evidences. ..but mom was better with the operation n God's grace, so v decided not to. But I will surely discuss this in puplic medias...let the public know how the people r welcomed into BMH.

And nurses in the room..yes there are few good nurses like smitha or sneha (forgot the name)..explain n behave in a gud manner..but others they don't know how to deal professionally n their skills are also very poor..don't know whether the are unexperienced...mom's both hands are still reddish n bluish...not worried at all to repick to make it worse.
One day morning a nurse repunctured a vein and blood collected like a ball under the skin. She told no problem i ll give a ice pack..she brought it and gave to my father told to hold it there for sometimes. She wasn't feeling any kind of sorry in her face....how can we expect compassion....
And a medication error also was reported and the doctor advised for antidot, mom had those troubles for 2 days.

The head nurse was good and supportive, never a headnurse alone can run the unit efficiently.
Admin staffs were okay..Smitha dy.manger also helped us in the emergency at that day.
Bill was also not that digestive. .an inpatient doctor(Jayasree assistant surgeon)consultation fee of 2000 for a single visit..really amazing!!!
Overall a bad and unexpected experience. .

Great service and very professional

We have been working with BMH now for 5 years and found them to be extremely professional and skilled at understanding and guiding us through the complexities of the Non- Domestic rating system. This is a difficult subject and l would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help in this area.

Excellent, Honest and Great Value service

I have used BMH on several occasions, over many years for different companies I have worked with. On every occasion they have offered an honest opinion, even if that meant no financial opportunity for themselves.
